My experience is actually really good so far. This is my first i had laser and i just loge their staff. They are super friendly & always make sure that you’re feeling comfortable & ok for me everything was good.

She didnt apply cooling gel while…
She didnt apply cooling gel while during treatment and skin was sensitive and I feel the pain more.Also no any paper applied on bed wasnt hygiene

Great facial
My facialist was amazing. I pretty much fell asleep about 10 mins into the treatment woke up during the extractions but then fell back to sleep during the massage. It's quite difficult to find a facial that does extractions so I'm thrilled I've found one on my doorstep. The only negative was the vast questionnaires I have to fill in when I arrived at the clinic. Not sure why they were emailed to me to fill in at home given I booked on line.
