I’ve had a good experience at laser me out the staff are always so polite and knowledgable. Rosa is really helpful and sweet. The results from just 1 session was really noticeable so I’m happy with that. Would definitely recommend this place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Laser Me Out has been disappointing from start to finish.

I originally signed up after seeing an Instagram advertisement promoting full-body laser hair removal for around £600. However, when I attended my consultation, the reality was very different, and I ended up being quoted and paying substantially more. The pricing and marketing felt misleading and set the tone for much of what followed.

At my consultation, I explained that I had already undergone several laser sessions elsewhere and therefore did not believe I needed a full treatment package. Despite this, I was told I had to purchase the full-body package because I could not provide evidence of my previous treatments.

I was also told during the consultation that areas around my face and hairline could be treated. However, once treatment began, the information changed. Different therapists appeared to have different opinions about what could and could not be treated. Some said certain facial areas were suitable for laser, while others said they were not. As a paying customer, it was frustrating to receive contradictory information about something so fundamental.

Another major issue is the booking system. Appointments are rarely available at convenient times, and customers are expected to fit around the clinic’s availability rather than the other way around. The clinic appears heavily oversubscribed, meaning appointments can be weeks apart and often at inconvenient times. For anyone with work, children, caring responsibilities or simply a busy life, this becomes incredibly difficult to manage.

The clinic also requires significant payment upfront while offering very little flexibility in return.

In January, I woke up extremely unwell and was vomiting. I emailed the clinic to explain that I could not attend my appointment and asked to reschedule. I received no response. When I later contacted the clinic, I was informed that I had lost the prepaid session because I had not given 48 hours’ notice. I was then told that if I wanted the absence considered, I would need to obtain a medical note and have my case reviewed. Given that I was genuinely ill and had already paid for the treatment package in advance, I found this approach unnecessarily rigid and lacking in basic understanding.

What became increasingly frustrating as the treatment progressed was that expectations seemed to be lowered at every stage. I was told that six sessions were unlikely to be enough, that results vary significantly depending on the area being treated, and that some areas may not respond particularly well. While I appreciate that no clinic can guarantee results, this is information that should be communicated clearly before customers commit to expensive packages, not after they have already paid.

My biggest concern is the effectiveness of the treatment itself.

By my fifth treatment session, the laser felt noticeably weaker than in previous appointments. During earlier sessions I could clearly feel the treatment being delivered. During the fifth session, I could barely feel anything at all in many areas. When I raised my concerns, I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal. However, the results from that session appeared minimal, and I genuinely feel as though it made little difference.

At this stage, I feel as though I have paid for six sessions, lost one session due to an inflexible cancellation policy when I was genuinely ill, and received results that feel closer to having completed only four effective sessions. Several areas still require significant additional treatment, facial areas have shown disappointing results, and some areas appear to have responded very little despite the time and money invested.

Overall, I have been left feeling that the consultation process, sales process and treatment experience did not match the reality of the results delivered. Between the misleading pricing, the pressure to purchase a larger package, contradictory advice from therapists, inflexible policies and disappointing outcomes, I cannot recommend Laser Me Out based on my experience.

Had my full leg laser treatment with Naheed and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment and was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The treatment was quick and efficient, and the whole experience was really positive. Thank you, Naheed – I would highly recommend!

I chose Laser Me Out because I wanted laser hair removal done properly across 4 areas, and I liked the idea of the Soprano Titanium machine.

Unfortunately, the experience has been more like a laser hair removal factory farm than a properly tailored clinical service.

During the consultation, they did not pay heed to my previous laser history, the very different hair growth patterns across these areas, or whether each area might need different treatment intervals, and basically thrust a package on me in a big hurry.

My hair is regrowing at very different rates, so I asked to split out the treatment dates for 2 areas from the other 2 areas so that the treatment cycle could reflect my actual hair growth.

They refused, saying that because I bought a Pick & Mix package, all areas have to remain on the same schedule throughout the course. I was not made aware of this restriction at all during consultation. Had I known that they would lock all areas into the same cycle regardless of how each area responded, I would not have agreed to go ahead.

What I find most frustrating is that they are presenting this restriction as “clinical guidance” based on my hair growth cycle, when no one has assessed my actual hair growth cycle at any point or reviewed the different regrowth across the treated areas. They clearly prioritize their own admin convenience over appropriate customer treatment.

For something as personal and long-term as laser hair removal, I would have expected a proper area-by-area assessment, clear explanation of package restrictions before purchase, and some willingness to adapt the treatment plan once the results were visible. Instead, I am boxed into a rigid package structure that was not properly explained to me upfront or reflective of the needs I stated.

My sincere advice: don’t get drawn in to the nice branding and positive reviews like I did, go find another place that will treat you with some care and proper judgments, and not like chicken in a factory farm.

For my third session that I had, it was with a Masooda; she was really kind, caring & understanding. I would definitely recommend her as a technician.

It was a very comfortable experience with laser me out. Lena is an expert and the session went really smooth.

I love my experience in here, but I want specifically mention Drita, she is my favourite. I have experience with another therapist but I can say it wasn't that good. Drita is friendly and I love the fact that she hear me. She listen to my aspiration, and she try to give the best for me. I tell her that my pain tolerance is very low and she trust me, she increase the machine intensity gradually until it reaches my maximum tolerance. I feel understood, unlike previous session when I can't resist the pain but the therapist don't listen to me. I do the treatment happily with Drita and no severe pain and swelling afterwards. I wish you success girl! :)

The venue is fun and quirky, rooms feel comfortable and the front desk and friendly and welcoming. From my initial consultation in September until now I’ve had good care and the staff and I’ve not consistently booked the same person due to my tight schedule.

If anyone’s considering it, just do it. They’ve seen it all before, the good, the bad and the ugly (even though they’d never make you feel like anything is ugly). I had full legs done nearly 20 years ago and have not shaved since so I am already a convert but the difference is the machines of today at this company are so much faster and less pain for sure!

I had Rabia on Monday and she was so kind, took her time and ensured she got all the areas that were a concern. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I’m extremely disappointed with the laser service I received. From the start, the staff seemed rushed and unprofessional. The technician did not properly explain the procedure, potential side effects, or aftercare instructions. During the session, the treatment felt far more painful than described, and when I expressed discomfort, my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed.
The results were equally frustrating. After multiple sessions, I saw little to no improvement, despite being assured I was an “ideal candidate.” In addition, I experienced redness and irritation that lasted much longer than expected. Communication was poor, follow-up support was minimal, and the overall experience felt impersonal and overpriced. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser treatment

Amazing experience! The clinic is clean, professional, and welcoming. Drita is knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything clearly. Treatments were quick and I’m already seeing great results. Highly recommend!

Please be cautious when considering this laser clinic. Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. My first session was with Rabia, and I initially felt confident I would be in good hands as she is senior staff. However, the next day I noticed burns outside of the treated area, and my skin felt inflamed immediately after the session, which was extremely concerning.
When I requested a full refund, I was told I would need to sign a settlement agreement in order to receive it. This left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. The clinic presents itself as very professional and “squeaky clean,” but my experience did not reflect that.
What’s even more disheartening is that I didn’t receive an apology, and they are not acknowledging the marks as burns. Instead, they are describing it as a “skin reaction,” which feels dismissive of what actually happened.
I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision, as I wish I had known this beforehand.

Five stars for the team and the Soprano Titanium laser! I’m seeing amazing progress on my legs and underarms after only two sessions. The staff is great at explaining the process and making sure the settings are right for my skin type. Professional, clean, and most importantly—it actually works!
