Poor service through Amazon Prime Video
I purchased Eurosport through Amazon Prime Video to watch Australian Open tennis and the interface is poor, shockingly poor. You cannot see which matches are being played because they are not titled. You have to open every single window to manually look at the screen to identify the players. Also, there is no easy way to catch up on matches. No library of past matches. Save yourself the money and do not purchase Eurosport through Prime Video. Save yourself the stress.

Pésima atencion a los reclamos..
Pésima atencion a los reclamos... Mala información sobre los dispositivos en los que se ve la plataforma. No indican que no es compatible con los tv androi. Solo se ve en tablet y teléfonos, aunque puedas instalar la aplicación en tu tv, esta no funcionara.

I watch Eurosport through Amazon and the coverage of the Australian Open is insultingly bad. You have to look through each session replay to see if a match you want to see has been shown and that is boring and time-consuming. Why can't they label the sessions? This is appalling and unacceptable. What a way to treat paying customers. I got a reply on this page saying I should let Eurosport Help know what the problems were. That was unhelpful since I spelt out the problems in the review. I couldn't have been clearer.

No commentary on any of the tennis…
No commentary on any of the tennis matches and no easy way to toggle between different matches. User interface is way behind skysports. Very disappointing and embarrassing for Eurosports.

Virkelig ringe at det er så svært at opsige
Moderat ok app., men under al kritik, at det kræver et større søge-arbejde at opsige sit abonnement. Det virker, som om man har gjort så lidt som muligt for at informere om, hvordan det gøres.

Eurosportplayer brings several nonmainstream sports (cyclocross, biathlon, nordic skiing) to my living room, I love this! But... Even after more than 10 years covering an array of worldwide sports, Eurosportplayer still has many "teething problems" including very frequent audio & visual dropouts and technical issues during nearly every show, ever-changing schedules, and some occasionally terrible commentators. As customers, we pay for your service and you have adverts - it's time to divert that income away from your executives' pockets and towards improving your service.

Eine einzige Katastrophe. Nur ein Beispiel von heute:
Man möchte den 2. Durchgang des Riesenslaloms der Herren mit deutschem Kommentar anschauen. Geliefert wird eine Minute Skispingen.
Man möchte die Biathlon-Staffel der Damen mit deutschem Kommentar anschauen. Geliefert wird eine Minute Skispingen.
So sehr ich den Sender Eurosport mit seinen Kommentatoren liebe, so sehr hasse ich diese App.
Das Durcheinander geht schon seit Jahren so, was hier durch Bewertungen belegt wird. Ich frage mich wirklich, warum die Verantwortlichen sich nicht schämen und geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen.
Vermutung: Weil die Kasse trotzdem stimmt.
Fazit: Schämt Euch!

Jerky picture with Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max
I have bought a fire stick to watch Eurosport (primarily the cycling), now that BT are moving Eurosport to their big sport package. However, the picture is so jerky on the fire stick I find it unwatchable. I have no problem with any of the other streaming services on the stick. Nor have I had any problems with the Eurosport app on my laptop or mobile. Comments would be gratefully received.

Weird sound problem on Replays
I am mostly watching tennis on eurosportplayer and I'm keep having a pretty weird sound problem that only occurs when I watch replay matches. At the beginning of most of the points the sound stops and it start again half a second before the point ends. I have tried several browsers (including the despicable IE) and it keeps persisting. It's not a huge problem, it just feels very odd not to hear the guys hustle nor the public enjoying the fight. I feel weird, like a politician in an utopic society: I can't hear the people suffering!

Eurosport Player har den sämsta appen jag någonsin upplevt. Bristande information dagligen och dessutom felaktig. Idag den 8 oktober 2021 finns det bl. a. tre "fyrkantsikoner" vad gäller ATP Indian Wells. De är på 10, 12 och 11 sekunder. Varför överhuvudtaget lägga upp dem!? Ibland ger de sken av att man kan välja svensk kommentering, men det kan man inte. Listan kan göras MYCKET längre. Undvik.

Buono, ma hanno perso i diritti per l'Eurolega di basket
Sono stato abbonato con loro per un anno e mi sono trovato bene ma ora a causa del fatto che non hanno rinnovato i diritti per la Eurolega di basket purtroppo mi vedo costretto ad orientarmi da un'altra parte. Dico purtroppo perché con loro mi sono trovato bene, al prezzo scontato dell'abbonamento annuale con €30 mi son visto tutte le Olimpiadi, l'Eurolega e svariate gare di ciclismo. Il servizio è stato buono, con la fibra di casa mia ho sempre visto tutto e bene. Ora sto guardando cosa fare per seguire l'Eurolega ma dai commenti delle altre piattaforme c'è da mettersi le mani nei capelli. Ma perché avete rinunciato al basket europeo più importante?

Possibile che da 2 anni, seguendo le partite della Virtus Bologna, si abbiano sempre problemi di sovraimpressione??? Devo contare i punti con una matita? Il basket non è il calcio, il risultato cambia in continuazione, nel 2021 non si riesce a risolvere un problema del genere??? Almeno che i telecronisti fornissero più spesso il risultato, visto che sanno del problema... Non ci vuole un genio ...

Excellent cycling coverage of the World Championships and Paris-Rhoubaix by Eurosport but the presenter just talks over the medal ceremonies ,repeatedly ignoring the pictures on show , have a bit off sense of occasional, just be quite for a minute and also it’s not a fashion show it’s a cycling race grrr
