I purchased a year subscription to watch snooker via a Firestick. I constantly spend over 15 minutes trying to get a video to play as it keeps giving an error saying "unable to play.. please try again later". It would be very infuriating if this was a free app but completely not acceptable from a paid service. Eurosport need to get their act together!

I paid £43 to watch 1 yrs worth of snooker. Watched 1 tournament and thereafter all I saw was lycra cycling!
If you want snooker... look elsewhere. mamils have stolen this channel

Wieso muss ich für die Eurosport Sender extra Geld zahlen, obwohl nach jeweils zwei spielen im Tennis erstmal drei Minuten immer wieder die selbe schlechte Werbung kommt???

I am watching Eurosport player on an Apple TV. Unfortunately live programs never updated when I switch on the app. It is stucked with the already finished programs. I have to restart the system to manage to get the actual programs. This is extremly annoying. Can you help me what should I do to solve it?

Whenever I star up the app, some days it is the German eurosportplayer version on, today it is the UK version son I cannot watch any Us open tennis matches....and this is why I paid the suscription fee. I am in Spain all the time and I want to watch Always the Spain Eurosport player, how can I sport this out? Please help me.

I paid for a subscription to watch La Vuelta through Prime and I cant get highlights of stage 17 or even watch the replay. The app on Prime is almost unusable. Really disappointing.

Ich abonniere gerade über Amazon prime. Diverse Videos werden kurz vor Ende abgebrochen. Geil, 2h Radsport geschaut und die letzten 8 Kilometer fehlen! Das war bei der Vuelta schon 2x so. 3. Etappe der Deutschlandtour fehlt. Insgesamt erstaunlich wie schlecht der demand Dienst aufgestellt ist. Die Vorspulfunktion am Fernseher könnte auch bequemer sein. Warum sehe ich beim Tennis nicht, welches Spiel zu sehen ist. Ich werde wieder kündigen.

Why is it on this years vuelta espana your only showing the second half of the races. You have 16channels of eurosport extra... Why is it not shown on there? When the commentators come on and say that the first hour of racing was amazing when you haven't shown it, feels like a kick in the teeth

Poor coverage on eurosport player for BSB and WSBK. Annoying starting soon messages and lack of comnentary (as mentioned by other reviewers). App is temperamental, I have to keep closing it. Usually watch the races on eurosport on sky but races have not always been shown this year so had to purchase the app.

Sick of staring at “starting soon” screen in between BSB races.
No time scale or anything ,very poor service glitchy.

Would give a big fat zero if I could. BSB and WSBK coverage is a total joke. I can never find it on the messy app or on TV. Sometimes there is commentary, sometimes not. I have lost track of the amount of hours spent watching 'starting soon'. It used to be good, but this year it has dropped right off. My wife hates me moaning about it every time I try to watch it. Pathetic.

Paid for this so I could watch the Vuelta cycling but the coverage and commentary are really poor compared with ITV4. Shots keep jumping about with mostly long distance helicopter shots and rambling commentators.

Please can you remove the Irish guy from your coverage he adds nothing and doesn't even seem to know who is riding
The rest of the team are great and the coverage is much appreciated and very good

Using the TV channels and on demand services was really dysfunctional.

You would join the footage at the start and it would show who won and show a different sport.
When they actually start on time they would cut to another sport and come back missing huge chunks of the game.

I never expected it to be perfect, but the problems were on every match. I think the only match without issues was some of the Men’s Argentina games, only having no commentary but being able to watch the whole thing.
Common issues summarised:
- incomplete and disrupted footage not at advertised times.
- spoiling men’s or women’s games results during the other genders matches.
- impossible to find matches, I couldn’t find any of Japan’s for example, checked and not available at all.

This may have been a V+ issue and not Eurosport but there were many games I simply could not find at all.

During their streamed matches on Eurosport they would randomly switch to City footage mid game, the ladies Gold medal match for instance.
Speaking of which, they even fast forwarded through an entire set of the Gold Medal game, it wouldn’t be acceptable during qualifiers, but the Gold Medal final? I was flabbergasted.

If you did watch it on catch up through the app, you had results spoiled. The score or winning team posing in thumbnails. They had highlights first and foremost so you couldn’t just go to the game without all these spoilers.

This is Eurosport’s first time providing the Olympic service, so I was always going to be forgiving of what they delivered. I think if they decide to take it off of public broadcasters again, they need to at the very minimum show full games. It totally ruins the drama of the sport and since they have a monopoly on the footage, it’s just really sad to see it destroyed like this.

I waited an extra year to see the World Olympics finals, it was ruined.

If I could give 0 I would. This years olympics has been ruined by the coverage. Faults so far with Eurosport;

- Judo coverage had no commentary or even any sound at all to start with
- Women’s volleyball coverage was fast forwarded by 2 and 3 sets far too often, meaning large portions of the matches were missed
- The sound cut in and out on the volleyball
- The coverage broke part way through the volleyball gold medal match
- Recording events was a joke, my recording of the weight lifting and volleyball cut off mid event
- I didn’t see any sign of the lighter weight lifting categories, the fencing, the karate, the pole vault, archery and more
- The judo and the Tae Kwon Do commentators were extremely informative, where as the others gave very little explanation of the technicalities of the sports they were commentating on. The extremely negative diving commentator was also pretty frustrating
- As I type this, the women’s rhythmic gymnastics final has been cut off mid ribbon performance and replaced with the team finals, randomly

This is just what is on the top of my head. What a far cry from the amazing BBC coverage of the Rio, London and Beijing Olympic where every sport was only a red button press away. I wish I hadn’t complained about their coverage being incredibly biased towards the team GB athletes, as I’d much prefer putting up with that in exchange for getting their coverage back.

The fact that the Olympics sold out the majority of their coverage to the highest bidder, with no regard to how the sports and athletes would be showcased is yet another example of the almighty dollar being more important than everything else. Disgraceful.

Incoming generic copy and paste response from a poor Eurosport employee who gets paid far too little to go through scathing comments, has no power to take any action and knows nothing will change based on any of this feedback (because that would mean Eurosport admitting fault and having to pay money to do something differently, which no one does anymore).

Me parece una m... Siempre que quiero ver algún programa en el móvil me pone que no lo puedo ver por unos problemas técnicos. La cosa es que nunca puedo ver nada.

Eurosport is supposed to be the home of motorcycle racing but they have only shown one round live so far this year. It is NOT available through Prime and is a complete waste if money unless you like cycling, tennis and Olympics which, are also covered live on other channels. Very frustrating to see these sports saturating the Eurosport player and nothing for motorcycle racing supporters, last up date for BSB was Knockhill 2 weeks ago and WSBK at Donington a month ago. Shocking service, won't renew.

Thought it was great track cycling on Eurosport tv every evening but you can’t hear the commentators for the bike noise. Don’t know where the press box is but the sound is really poor

Dreadful Olympic coverage, poor highlights, all around awful viewing experience. The BBC coverage (UK) is far superior in every way!
