Knowingly charging customers for a service they cannot provide.

I've been a subscriber since June 2025, but recently there have been changes that seem a tad bit dodgy.
My Chrome password usually logs me in automatically. But for quite a while I've been receiving error messages:
"Magic link failed: Service for this project is restricted due to the following violations:
exceed_cached_egress_quota, exceed_storage_size_quota. The project owner must upgrade their plan or remove spend caps to restore service."
When I try "Forgot my Password", I get another error message: "Something went wrong"
Basically, they haven't paid Bolt or upgraded their backend. They have exceeded their free limits.
European Listings were on the free plan of Bolt.
How do I know?
The "Made with Bolt" branding is clearly visible on the login page and has been since January 2026.
Which indicates that they are on the free plan.
A "business" that boasts 1.1M followers on Instagram. With, according to their website, 6K subscribers, each subscriber paying $11+/month; that's a tangible amount of money.
It baffles me, as they can't upgrade to the next plan after the Free Bolt plan, which costs a whopping $25/month, to maintain their site infrastructure for their paying users.
I'm paying European Listings $11.99/month for no website access - ridiculous!
I've emailed European Listings and heard crickets.
I'm cancelling my subscription TODAY and lodging a complaint with Stripe.
Willfully refusing to upgrade their infrastructure plan to restore access for customers, meaning they are knowingly charging customers for a service they cannot provide.
Furthermore, they are completely unresponsive to customer support emails.
Who are these "people" giving 5 star reviews?!?
Who/What ever they are they obviously haven't logged into European Listings for over a month or two.
Anything but 5-star service.
