I have been a longstanding customer of Europa and have worked closely with them for 10 years and i cannot fault their processes or the customer care I receive.

The approach to Brexit was phenomenal and their EUROPA FLOW product has allowed me to grow within the European market. It has simplified the process dramatically and it means I don't have to worry about my customers goods not being delivered on time.

Unbelievably awful.
We imported a large circus rig. We are a circus arts business but were not expecting to be dealing with the bunch of clowns that run Europa.
Seriously Europa how can you provide such dreadful customer service.
Your staff were extremely rude and abrupt. Some of their emails were laughable.
Why don't you give your customers a clear outline of the process like other freight forwarding companies do ?
Something like
1. Your items have arrived
2. How would you like to pay ?(The paperwork on this was baffling )and why you try to automatically assign everyone with a credit account is a mystery , we had to ask if we could pay immediately (apparently known as a COD account)
3. Why don't you promptly inform customers of the amount to pay ?
4.could you inform customers mmediately when you have received their payments, and also inform them when the item is released ?
Wouldn't it be good if you Inform customers when the items leave the warehouse ?
Europa you prefer not to do any of this, but leave the customers to try and navigate their way through a baffling system with out customer support, unhelpfully not answering phone calls.
We can't believe one particular member of your staff actually lied to us saying that our item had not been cleared for release, when we could see that she had been copied into an email informing her that our item had been released.
Please Europa read your reviews and do something about them.
Employ some staff with some basic customer service skills.

Outline the process for customers on your website.
It was a very unpleasant experience dealing with your company.

Absolutely dreadful. All their staff are incompetent, lazy rude and worst of all liars.
We have paid immediately every single fee they have requested including import duty, tax, admin fee, random extra bills, that they have requested and still have not received our £3,500 worth of equipment. It arrived from Spain several days ago and now appears to be "lost" in their warehouse. We will be contacting the police.

I was forced to take 4 days off work awaiting failed delivery promises from this company.
I would not recommend using this company

I had a very bad experience with this forwarder for an international import shipment. To get my shipment done smoothly, I tried to contact them ahead but 'no, get away, I will contact you when I am ready'. Fine, I will wait. When the shipment arrived the port, I responded each email from them within 30 mins with all the documents and information they were requesting. Settled the invoice of duties in less than 15 mins. But they never confirm the receipt of payment or a delivery date. I asked like 3 times before getting a respond. On the 'delivery date', I waited until the closing hours without seeing the delivery. Sent them the email and got a reply the next day: held by customs. Can't you tell your customer a day before or on the delivery date you promised? Is it a joke?

Very bad experience company stolen high price worth it goods from delivery and claim as per kg given so not worth it, So I suggest all customer of Europa not book a single job.
It's the rubbish company not genuine, not helpful.

Europa worldwide are currently insisting on making people they have dealt with once in the past fill in credit application forms for Future shipments and sending threatening emails to people who dont. When speaking to they clerks over the phone who obviously only have very basic knowledge theirselves try to state that they are required to get this information by HMRC. This is a total LIE!!! HMRC do not require this information. Also There is no reason for a credit account when you can pay charges by by transfer prior to delivery................ AVOID EUROPA WORLDWIDE AT ALL COSTS

They charged me £130 to export £174 worth of paint to France. They flicked responsibility to a French import company who charged me another £160 and three weeks later the paint still hasn't arrived! They claimed they knew what to do post Brexit. Total rip off. Utterly useless. I'd have been better off using a pigeon. AVOID!!

They couldn't organise one simple delivery...

I called them multiple times, but they had no idea what was going on. They also told me I was rude and hung up on me! When I'm the customer! Unbelievablely bad service.

So far the serivce has been so poor and my package has not been delivered (they don't know where it is). However, in the end one nice lady did finally help me with my delivery. We'll see how it goes from here...

Very bad service
The tracking number is not moving , and there is no previous notification before delivery even for a shipment which is 450 K
The staff are not helpful at all and quite rude
I was about to loose a very expensive shipment because the manager ask the driver infront of me to leave it on the street
They send the driver with a very heavy shipment and he has only my address , no phone number or even email

Shocking service!

We have cancelled all work with Europa freight with immediate effect

Shipped a large 400kg pallet to Denmark, their subcontractor smashed the steel and bent solid steel (I can only assume using a forklift)

Despite the customer signing for goods as damaged they refused to return the items and offered a pathetic refund amount leaving our company and our customer high and dry!

They are cheap for a reason, the service is poor

Take your business elsewhere

Supposed to be a delivery company, couldn’t organise a p*ssup in a brewery. Unreliable, liars who promise a delivery and don’t deliver.
