I bought 3 new 1st aid boxes
I bought 3 new 1st aid boxes, when they arrived they only had 6 months expiry on them, when I called about it you offered to send me up to date cleansing wipes with a longer life span on as they were the only items with a short expiry, I was not overly happy with this but had to accept it. Instead of me paying for new kit I had to mess about myself exchanging wipes and then print off new expiry dates to cover up the existing ones. Not happy.

I can see that our sales team arranged for replacement cleansing wipes to be sent out promptly, and we appreciate your patience in resolving the matter.
Please be assured that we’re raising this issue with our supplier, as we work hard to ensure all products meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. The replacement wipes are from a different batch to ensure a longer expiry date than those originally received.

Poor Delivery Service
My parcel is still yet to arrive and has been returned to sender three times by DHL who are aware we are a school yet continually try to deliver our parcel outside of school hours. School hours have been requested but ignored.

Good afternoon Tracy,
Thank you for your update, and I’m truly sorry for the repeated failed delivery attempts, I completely understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you and your school.
It’s very disappointing that DHL has not been able to successfully deliver your order despite multiple attempts. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items, we’re unable to arrange a further redelivery, and the goods will be returned to our warehouse by Wednesday, 8th October. As these are pharmaceutical products, they cannot be resold or reused once shipped, due to strict regulations on transit time and safety, they will need to be safely disposed of once returned.
We absolutely recognise the unnecessary waste this creates, and I want to assure you that we are actively working with our DHL account managers to investigate what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.
Our sales team have escalated this matter internally and currently awaiting confirmation on how we can best ensure the next delivery attempt is successful. Someone will be in touch with you as soon as we have more information.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out in the meantime if there’s anything further we can do to help.
