The simple fact that when you don't have supplies nready for customers. It haults us and then we can run our printer properly. I had my printhead go bad due to ink not readily available, I purchased a new printhead and have not decided to install it due to recent updates on forums it said it messed up one or 2 of their colors and made them get a new printhead. And what's up with the waste as well. It cleans itself every 3;days, for us small business we need to buy cleaning cartridges more often and their is nothing but a loss. So not to happy to be honest.

Ink management is almost impossible. If I buy ink to have on hand, I lose half it life before injecting....and I can still hear ink avail in the cartridge. If I wait to order ink until I run out, it takes a wk to get here (if you have it)..only to realize it's lost 25% of it's life sitting on your self/transport. As a retired CEO my advice is to fix this ONE major issue or risk losing the market.

I’ve had the machine for four months.
It is too expensive to run. Supplies are expensive repair is very expensive and the bank usage is extremely high.
I have changed the head in less than three months of light usage

My EufyMake broke after 2 months, which is already insane because according to support 2 big parts were broken after I maintained the machine well. Customer support recommended sending it back, it's been a while now and I haven't had any update about my machine or the replacement! On top of that customer service replies are so insanely slow and not quite helpful.. I'm now happily awaiting my xtool omni while still waiting for my replacement eufyMake.

Your shipper, GoFo is ridiculous. Their drivers are clueless and lie about delivery attempts causing my package to arrive several days late. If you continue to ship via Golfo, I will no longer be a customer of yours.

So far everything is working as expected. Very satisfied with quality and customer service that I contacted about switching cartridges.

Seems to be holding up and is easy to use.

I have a list of a bunch of problems I have since I purchased eufymake, specially all the hidden information you got. First the change of cleaning filter, No one knew that, second the ink expires, even if you don't use it, the printer clogs even if you make the automatic maintenance, once you purchase anything, you got the items 5 days later, even if you are at US, and on and on. I'm deeply regret to purchase such a nightmare of printing. This is a complete scam to the customers.

Great product. Difficult to find had to go to after sales website. Item shipped fast with no issues. Would be great if smaller piece components are available for purchase(hot end) or an adapter to retrofit to products that are available.

I am always impressed by what I can do with the Eufymake e1.

I find it incredible that you promote equipment which you do not have, I have just bought a purifier, which I have already arrived but incomplete, something I cannot use is like not having it, you do not have Enough ink but sell subscriptions. And there are no distributors to buy it and there are sell it more expensive.

No service required yet, no issues with printing yet. Cost of ink and print head is almost out of reach for me. not sure i'll be able to afford another print head.

Would not recommend this printer at all and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t stick with my old uv printer. So much money down the drain already. Countless cleaning cartridges scam, ink is wasted every time there’s a cleaning cycle, and the warranty is useless. When I reached out to support because it stopped printing, they told me that the printer head is faulty and I would have to BUY A NEW ONE. It’s $600!!! I just got the printer delivered in late May!! Do yourself a favor and stick to procolored or xtool, or literally any other company out there.
