First we waited about a year to receive the machine,the ink cartridges were expiring , we replaced them, then the filter soon after that, the scraper replaced that now the ink is smudges and not curing. After researching I keep reading that the printhead maybe bad.$599.00
Hopefully it will be cover under warranty.

this has been the worst experience i have ever had. failed printhead after 3 months and its stuck,
nothing but problems customer sevice reaches out onlyt to tell me yeah that can be hard to remove. i said its stuck and wont come out . the y agreed and said i was doing it wron after watching the video they sent

I needed to exchange some ink and they were very nice and helpful. They also followed up with me on every step

Printer is less than six months old and I have to buy a $600 printhead. People are mentioning that this is very common and expect to replace the printhead twice a year. In two years that's the cost of the original purchase. I would not have wasted my money on this had I known. I love most of it's capability but accuracy on things like challenge coins is not good at all, even with jigs and zero point mode. I think I will look for another UV printer elsewhere and sell this one.

I have had the worse experience of any purchase with this company. Belligerent incompetence and poor engineering. I warn everyone to keep away from their E1 UV printer

EufyMake is an outstanding company to work with. There product is easy to use and their customer service is top of the line! Received my purchases quickly and had no problems setting the machine up to use.

I bought the eufyMake E1 hoping for a reliable, hassle-free UV printer, but it has been a total disaster from day one.

The machine simply does not work. Test print pattern—missing channels, broken lines, and severe printhead failure straight out of the box. It runs an automatic "cleaning cycle" roughly every 20 minutes, which does absolutely nothing to fix the print issues except burn through money: I've already lost a quarter of the ink supply just trying to get the machine to produce a basic test page.

To make matters worse, support has been an absolute nightmare:

Ticket Confusion: They originally sent my support ticket to the wrong email address.

Duplicate Runaround: When I submitted another request, they opened a brand-new ticket asking for the exact same information all over again.

Useless Handoffs: When I called back, the rep found the original ticket—but instead of fixing the email address on file, they simply forwarded the old ticket to me.

No Engineering Follow-Up: I was promised an "engineer" would reach out. Nobody has called or emailed (probably because they are still emailing the wrong address).

Now support is closed for the weekend, pushing my issue to "next business day." I fully expect them to tell me to run yet another useless cleaning cycle on Monday to waste whatever ink is left.

Save yourself the massive headache. This product has serious quality control issues, and the support workflow is completely broken.

I would not spend another dollar with this company, purchased 2 m5 printers as a closeout, I get discontinued, but to not publish all the support file systems and firmware and everything to be able to compile and use new firmware or further development. It is discontinued, why not be open source as marline license says you must do. Buy a Snapmaker U1 the company is completely open source and the printer is a millions times better.

The team was very informative and receiptive regarding my issue. I appreciated their prompt responses.

In my opinion, it took longer than expected for my order to be delivered. This was unfortunate considering I could not operate my printer until I installed the cleaning cartridge. However, I can't remember how long after the machine's notification I placed the order. Will take note next time.

Software needs a number of features that should be in its package. And alinement using camera needs a lot of improvements

I ordered inks from a different company a couple weeks ago. Took two weeks and it was shy the blue ink cartridge. I then ordered from Eufy and it only took 2 days!!! I will use Eufy from now on!

After update cleaning cartridge and scrappers went expired, cleaning cartridge is 30 days installed with little use. Reordered more and so far its taken 10 days with no eta so now my printhead may go bad.

It's been amazing. We can now do more combining laser, 3D printing with eufyMake.
