I dislike that the ink cartiage expire with out much use and they cleaning as well and the white ink should be moisturizing on its own. I bought the bundle with everything and I just recieved the roll to film and I didn't receive anything to test it. I paid it in full not to even receive anything. I do believe that it was included to the bundle. I know you are coming out with new thing but i think Anker should take their time and include everything like your doing for the ink station but why not take your time and do it so we the customer don't have to purchase more stuff and use that money for material. Please make a feature to print and cut for those that have laser machine. Thank you Eufy for valueing our insight.

I am still waiting for you guys to get back with me on my expired ink. I called customer service and they said they would get back in 24hrs. That was over two weeks ago. I am a very unhappy customer right now. Chris 336-944-3177

The ordering process has gotten better over time. The shipping department has gotten better about getting the orders out the door.

In the process there really should be an option to expedite the shipping is needed.

The shipping provider is the biggest issue now. My order sat for four days in the shippers warehouse.

The pricing has come down, but not enough!!!!

It was great to get the purifyer quickly but pointless without the duct connector or filter, plus I am supposed to get a free filter as part of the promotion and nothing is stated when that's supposed to ship

I did about 30 email contacts with your customer service for problems with the printing quality.
About in mail 5 o 6 it was obvious that the problem was the HEAD. But your CS keep stalling and delaying.
When the mails began, my printhead WAS with in the warranty period. By mail 30 it was not. So obviously I had spend my Eufycare head replacement.
That was a @!#$ move!

Customer service sucks. When machine works it’s cool. Ink sucks printer head sucks , cleaning cartridge sucks.

Printer does not work only had it a few months and it died says to look up problem but can not find anythign about.

I absoluley LOVE everything about my Eufy. The only thing I would complain about if the availablity of the ink supply. I have notice that some colors are often out of stock which can put a kink in business processes. Iwould like to see ink sold in retail stores as well.

Its great the only issue i have is the camera its not 100% precise and the alignment for patch orders not great i wish they work more on that making their own jigs making a better camera we can replace a better laser like their competitors, for personal use awesome but most of us purchasing it for business and patch orders so not great in that area, i do hope for a fix and improvement of the same printer instead of making a v2 one that we need to buy and spend more on.

I have enjoyed creating many beautiful things with my Eufymake e1. I have called for support a couple of times and I both instances the problem was fixed immediately. Thank you for a great product in every way.
