Amazing machine, love how user friendly it is

The epoxy plate got dents just after 3 prints, and on the 4th the nozzle took part of epoxy from plate when it was doing the initial levelling before the printing. I'm using AnkerMake M5c printer with AnkerMake nozzles.

Still getting bombarded by marketing emails despite unsubscribing 6 times over 3 months now, if a company can't be trusted with managing email subscriptions, how is it going to be trusted with customer care, order and product support, i can't recommend this company to others, sorry.

Was loving my printer until it decided to implode yesterday with no means to fix it. Height sensors failed and it shotgunned my acrylic pieces ..two flew out of the back door and one flew to the bottom of the printer and when it errored out it rehomed and crushed that acrylic piece. I can't get the bed to lift to remove it. It's now permanently jammed.

Excellent product, minus the ink expiration date and the little amount still left in the cartridges. Print time an speeds are wonderful.

Support is based in China so there's a 1-3 day waiting period for a response. (My first response took about 2 days.) Unfortunately, they asked for basic information like the printer serial number, my order number (already supplied), my mailing address, etc., which I don't feel was necessary at this point, but then they want videos and pictures (which I understand they need to help troubleshoot), but as I explained to them my particular issue I can't even get the printer to connect to my wifi or wired lan connection any longer. I explained all of the troubleshooting steps that I had taken leading up to a factory reset. Unfortunately, I foolishly threw away the print tests (trash day came before I got a response) and of course they're asking for those. :( Since I cannot connect to my printer, I cannot produce new examples. Once the network connectivity issue is resolved, then comes the primary reason I was reaching out to them... the print head seems to have failed despite multiple flash and medium cleans and even a deep clean. Maintenance parts were out of stock on their website for a while, so that delayed me being able to replace the scraper blade (which I've not used this printer enough to warrant a replacement, but... okay...). I had gotten myself into a situation where I have to go through a calibration cycle, well the registration marks won't print for the camera calibration, so I'm stuck there too.

All in all, this experience has been nothing but a headache, and I wish I hadn't invested in this product. I was a kickstarter early backer faced with absurd shipping delays, followed by ink shortages, compounded by ink being sent out with very limited shelf life (less than 8 months) when purchasing several backups during the kickstarter launch (expecting them to be good for at least a year). Even now ink and maintenance products go on backorder from time to time.

The printer was working fine and then all of a sudden when I swapped out the blank to do the next item, the colors were waaaaaay off. A "dark brown weathered leather surface" came out looking a really ugly yellow green color, and things just started going downhill from there.

Granted... when it worked, it was nice and produced some really good quality prints. The design is visually pleasing, the parts and build quality seem solid, but Anker missed the mark on this from a production and supply chain standpoint.

With so many people experiencing issues with their units, they need to increase their support staffing so that customers don't have to wait 2-3 days for a response, only to send another e-mail, and then wait another 2-3 days, and possibly go back and forth a few more times.

I'm hoping the support team can address the issue via e-mail, but I'm concerned about having to continue doing factory resets and such as this wastes a considerable amount of ink (which isn't cheap, especially since you're locked into their proprietary system).

Although within two weeks of receiving my new E1 it broke, the team at eufy make were very helpful to resolve the issue. Customer service has been great.

Way too many steps, just to prove I need a new print head. To get a replacement takes to long. And your material prices are to expensive. And then the ink has a shelf life. I’ve spent closer to $4000. with your company. And frankly it’s not worth it. Your customer service is the worse.

We are a small business in Toronto Canada. We purchased the EUFY Make Product and have had this product down for nearly 3 months. We have communicated with their customer support numerous times and each time it would work for 1 day then fail again.

Most of their social media ads seem to be just paid influencers. I would strongly suggest not purchasing this product, based on our experience.

Ink sets not in stock ..ever. given a coupon code I cant use because the sets are always out of stock. cleaning cartridge doesnt last very long. Too many issues reported that should have been addressed before selling it to people.

What would happen if you get a car that uses specialized tires that you can't get? Or special oil that you can get? Would you buy this car? Well, I got your printer and now I can't use it, missing deadlines just because you decided not to make enough ink. Since I can't buy it anywhere our machine is down. No ink from you, Best Buy, bhphoto, adorama... nobody has it because you decided to not plan ahead and forecast demand... such a poor experience. Your ev1 could be a great money maker but now it is stopped until you decide to produce white ink for all the creators who thought, like me, that we were getting a machine from professionals... such disappointment.

Incredibly frustrating company and product to work with. My brand new printer eventually failed and stopped printing ink. After having to play cat and mouse with email responses through the course of a few weeks, I used up tons of ink in troubleshooting, switched cleaning lines and the printer head, until finally they just sent me a new printer cause nothing fixed it. Then the new printer came with ink issues, and no new ink, which they offered more deep cleans as their troubleshooting, which didn’t work, and then offered just two freebie inks for using up all my inks during deep cleans. Terrible company.

Online shopping is seamless and easy to complete.

Obviously, I would appreciate it if you offered direct shipping to Mexico. For me, that would mean a significant saving of time.

Prices are very high and you’re out of stock on numerous things! You need to support your customers by having inks available since you only allow your inks to be used.

Honestly don't trust this company. They are poor and won't help. Stay well clear!
