Nice and clean looking jewelry! Nice to wear and fits nicely, customers support are amazing!

Voelt erg licht en goedkoop, schakels waren ook te los of scheef aangeknepen moest zelf nog wat aan doen anders viel het bevestigings slot uit elkaar. Ook plaatst de site geen lage revieuws en verwijderd reacties op instagram.

I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my boyfriend and we were very happy with the product. We unfortunately had a problem a few months later and so reached out to customer service who were very happy to apply their lifetime warranty and swiftly sent us out a replacement. Thumbs up to them !

Bij dit bedrijf staat klanten service echt op 1! Ik heb helaas 2 keer opnieuw moeten bestellen vanwege de maar die niet pasten. Bij de 2e keer is mijn pakket zoek geraakt, en heb ik heel netjes ondanks dat de ringen toe gestuurd gekregen. Ik raad dit bedrijf zeker aan.

Got this rope bracelet from Essence Amsterdam, and I got to say, I really love it. I'm not the jewelry kind of person so I wanted to try something without breaking the bank. This was exextly what I needed. Highly recommend 🙏🏽

De eerste armbanden die ik bestelde waren helaas niet de juiste maat, maar deze kon ik gelukkig omruilen voor anderen. Ivm levering rondom de feestdagen is dit pakket enorm vertraagd geraakt en heb ik opnieuw contact gezocht. Er werd enorm goed met mij mee gedacht, en er werd aangeboden een nieuw pakketje te versturen via een andere koerier zodat ik die wel nog voor de feestdagen zou hebben. En dat was netjes op tijd in huis! Uiteindelijk heb ik het originele pakket ook nog binnengekregen en deze mocht ik houden! Ik kan niets anders zeggen dan, hele nette service! Ze reageren snel en denken met je mee. Zeer fijne ervaring! Ook de armbanden ( die een cadeau waren voor mijn man ) bevallen hem goed!

These products are not made and distributed from Amsterdam. This is false advertising and this company should be brought to book through the Consumer rights board for Netherlands as well as European Consumers right law. This law requess all internet online companies to be honest about their products, manufacturing as well as distribution.
With this company it's all lies and deception to have you buy products and then never get what is rightfully yours as a consumer. Do not buy from this company.

I recently ordered a neck chain for my friend as a gift for his birthday. and received a bracelet for free☺️ assistant Emily spoke to me very politely and quickly answered my questions. I received the parcel quickly too. I am very pleased with this store and the service. I recommend ❤️

I ordered 1 chain and one wristband. the wristband was to small (which was my mistake btw) I didn't want to send everything back because the chain suited nicely. I asked the essence support if we could somehow work it out and they not only send me some money back but told me that I could keep the the chain and the wristband. That's how you keep costumers. and also they answered 1 day after the delivery and send me my money back the same day.

that's how you keep costumers If I ever need jewlery again Essence Amsterdam is my way to go. good work.

I personally love their customer service!! Hands down probably one of the best customer service I’ve dealt with. No hassle with them and they assist you to the fullest. Unfortunately a package of mine was delivered and I was wondering what took it so long. It possibly seemed like it was stolen, but wasn’t from in front of my house. However they did their investigation and now sending me a new set. I like the quality a great too

Order took incredibly long, but the customer service was very helpful. Little skeptical about the quality too, but time will tell :)
