I order a few times some items from this company. Quality and delivery time is excellent. While doing sports, the clasp of one of my necklaces broke off. I asked if there was a way to get it repaired, and they immediately sent me a brand new replacement free of charge. I was really happy about that. Truly excellent customer service – I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

I ordered two pieces, and they look great. After some days I had some problems with them, so I was disappointed, but after telling them about this problem the customer service and attention they put was outstanding. They make sure you feel heard and valued as a customer, answer very quick and provide solutions. Very satisfied

I ordered two necklace. One is engraved as a wanted my son's names on it. It is perfectly executed and the stone on the pendant is very beautiful. The other one is the pearls one. This one looks most cheaper but is ok.
I had a delivery problem but customer service reacted immediately and provided me with a new tracking. My order arrived just one day later!

I ordered my pieces and they arrived without any issues.
The material is great and the value per dollar is very good.
Last week I had an issue with my ring. The stone which is forged into the ring broke. I was very unhappy and expected more durability. I immediately sent a mail to the customer support and within 6 hours the answered me and sent me a new ring.
That’s how every company should treat their customers! Apologize for mistakes and make it up to the buyer.

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over mijn ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ik heb op 6 juni een ketting en een armbandje besteld, en op 17 juni heb ik mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ondanks meerdere keren contact opnemen, kreeg ik steeds hetzelfde vage antwoord dat het pakket “onderweg” zou zijn – zonder enige verdere uitleg of oplossing.

De levertijd is veel te lang, de communicatie is slecht en ik voel me als klant totaal niet serieus genomen. Als er geen snelle oplossing komt, overweeg ik juridische stappen om mijn geld terug te vorderen.

Ik raad anderen aan goed na te denken voordat ze hier iets bestellen. Op basis van mijn ervaring zou ik dit bedrijf zeker niet aanbevelen.

Was so pleased with the first couple pieces I got that I had to get more. This time I got two new chains and, once again, I am not disappointed! The new pieces add to various ways I can style outfits and I’m very happy with my purchase.

1. Délais d’expédition longs > ça vient de Chine et on s’en rend compte qu’une fois le numéro de suivi du colis est généré > trompeur, rien sur le site indique qu’il s’agit d’une boutique chinoise

2. La qualité est très mauvaise. Le placage soit disant en or 18 carats fait faux sur la chaîne, et la pierre du pendentif mal sertie…

Bref si vous cherchez un minimum de qualité passez votre chemin…

Die Schmuck kommt nicht aus Amsterdam, sondern per Post aus China… es dauert ewig bis es ankommt. Das steht so nicht auf der Website! Den billig Schmuck gibt es bei TEMU für weniger als die Hälfte…
