Cancelled my order without informing me.
I purchased a new innertube as my erider 15 had a puncture and then waited for it to arrive, then a week later the payment was returned so I contacted erider to ask where it was and why the payment was returned and I was told it was out of stock.
I have recently changed address which is probably why you couldn't see the order on your system as I ordered the item in my new address.

I’m really please with my new bike the model 50. It’s a good quality bike. Ordered the end and of October and reserved it about a week later. Still not got out on it because the dvla are 8weeks behind with there first registration team. Great communication with the company but I give 4 stars because they give me no indication on delivery till the very last day it’s been delivered. Working full times hours was not very good for me.
But over all I would Highly recommend

Bad customer service no helpful advice I had trouble with my bike from the start took awhile to get it sorted and I was advised by bank to get my deposit back to get the job done I now set up a payment with them lm now agreed a certain amount and they took all the deposit back what I never agreed I emailed and called to get it sorted and they are useless DONT GET A BIKE FROM THEM ThERE A RIP OFF !!!!!

Battery don’t last as shows on the website
On the website is 75km but in the reality is 30 km , that’s a real scam

Very pleased with our new E-Rider.

The only negative is that there is no sound to let you know the indicator is active.

Excellent bike.... I love it. A plate for the back stating it's a bicycle would be helpful as it would prevent Karens reporting it to the police as a moped when it's a bicycle. I have to try to explain it's a bicycle to everyone. It's comfortable and I bought it to take my children to sports lessons. It handles really well, excellent storage too. Brakes are superb. It feels much safer than a normal bicycle due to the indicators, lights and mirrors. I think I'm inclined to get this for my daughter also next year, if I'm as impressed as I am now. I have also directed others to the site. The handover on delivery could have been better or a book with more detailed information about the bike given. Took me ages to work out the seat lifting. At the end of the day I'm a big fan of my erider, thank you..........

I rented an 18 model and also bought another one. The whole process was very simple and easy to complete both the purchase and a rented bike. Erider always answered all my emails promptly. I super recommend the company.

U said battery life is said 45 miles but 45 km running if be need extra battery but will u gave discount
