Delivery issues
It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a footmuff. The DHL delivery agent never tried to contact me, and the package was held for a week at a far off collection point. It is now stuck with Austria Post and not yet delivered. This is very dissatisfactory service.

Impossible to contact the shop with order and payment problems.
I purchased a baby carrier on Ergobaby’s website, and the payment page kept showing an error. Despite this, I was charged three times and received three packages I never intended to order.
I have tried contacting customer service via phone, email, and the return form, but no one responds. The return form on the website doesn’t work either. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I need the duplicate orders refunded and the return process handled as soon as possible.
Very disappointed with the customer service.

J'avais déjà acheté ce produit, de très bonne qualité, directement en magasin en France, mais je trouve que c'est beaucoup plus simple et cela revient surtout moins cher, de le commander directement cher Ergobaby !

Le protège pluie avec polaire pour les jours de froid mériterait d'être plus épais pour être plus chaud.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Knöpfe vom Sonnensegel sind sehr hoch angesetzt. Da kommt man kaum alleine dran. Und der Stoff ist sehr fest im Vergleich zu anderen Tragen. Unter‘m Strich dennoch die beste Trage für uns.

Sehr bequem und unser kleiner liebt sie auch (vorher wollte er mit einer anderen trage gar nicht rein) jetzt nutzen wir sie sogar manchmal zum einschlafen 😍 super happy.
