Wir haben eine Ersatzschnalle für unsere Trage benötigt. Diese konnte günstig erworben werden und kam innerhalb 3 Tagen bei uns an. Das Wechseln war etwas fummelig aber auch das klappte innerhalb von ein paar Minuten. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergobaby Service

I ordered the Ergobaby Metro+ stroller, and both dispatch and delivery were incredibly fast. I’m absolutely in love with this stroller. I purchased it for my second child, and compared to the stroller I used for my first, this one is definitely better. It moves smoothly, folds easily, and is very compact.
I especially love that it’s suitable from newborn, as my son is only 3 months old. With the Ergobaby Metro+, I can conveniently carry the stroller in my car trunk without dealing with bulky, heavy strollers that are difficult to assemble just because my baby is still small.

Super nice product, this carrier really changed my everyday life, i can do much more things with my baby on and i really feel empowered! Also the extras for teething are a must together, i wish i red it in the reviews to buy it together in the first place. I dont have back pain even though my baby is quite heavy. Thanks ergobaby!

Excellent Le porte-bébé Ergobaby 360 est vraiment très bien conçu. Ce qui est particulièrement impressionnant, c’est le siège ergonomique (le coussin sur lequel on pose le bébé) : il soutient parfaitement le bassin et les jambes de l’enfant, tout en absorbant une grande partie du poids. Grâce à ce système, le poids n’est pas porté uniquement par nos épaules et notre dos, il est redistribué vers la ceinture ventrale, ce qui rend le portage beaucoup plus confortable et léger.
Il reste très simple à mettre, à régler et à enlever seul. Les positions, dont la position face au monde, sont bien pensées et respectent la posture physiologique de l’enfant. Franchement, ergonomique, confortable et pratique : je recommande.

Sold me one buckle replacement for £5, which is obscenely expensive. At least sell a pair since there are 2 similar buckles or bill items separately from delivery fee.

The good thing is that the new buckle does easily fit in, and the old one just needs to be smashed into bits to remove.

Ma commande n’a jamais été livrée après avoir contacté le service client ils n’arrivaient pas à suivre la commande parce qu’ils m’ont fourni le mauvais numéro de suivi. Puis ensuite ils ont eu un problème technique sur un colori donc impossible de m’en renvoyer. Heureusement ils ont remboursé mais vraiment déçue
