Bonjour,
Le produit commandé était pour offrir à Noël. Donc je ne peux répondre quant à la qualité de celui-ci; concernant la livraison, sous prétexte d'un hypothétique inventaire, je n'ai reçu le porte bébé que 3 semaines après ma commande ; autant dire que Noël était passé depuis belle lurette et pour un peu de plus, le porte bébé n'était plus d'utilité.

Achat très utile.
Je l'ai acheté sur conseils d'autres utilisatrices de mon entourage qui en étaient très satisfaites.
Je le recommande, enroulement du bassin du bébé, très confort, sécurité pour les parents et bébé. Facile à mettre quand on a bien compris les instructions.
Je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat, cadeau au top !!!

Poorly packaged and the brand new seat…
Poorly packaged and the brand new seat pad is covered in glue from an open packing envelope that didn't fit. It was stuck to the seat and won't wash off. It's really disappointing that they couldn't be bothered to take the smallest amount of care.

Not for every baby

Produkt in Ordnung. Aber nach einer Bestellung bekomme ich mehrfach pro Woche Werbemails von Ergobaby. Dazu von mehreren Firmen mehrmals die Aufforderung, meine Erfahrung mit Ergobaby zu bewerten. Das habe ich hiermit getan.

Wir haben eine Trage von Ergobaby.
Nutzen sie inzwischen mit dem dritten Kind täglich.
Nun ist eine Schnalle gebrochen. Die Funktion war aber noch gegeben.
Für einen fairen Preis (5€ inklusive Versand) konnten wir die Schnalle online einfach nachbestellen.
Austausch ging auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten.
