Bestellung ist nicht angekommen (scheinbar Probleme mit dem Lieferdienst) und der Kundendienst ist telefonisch überhaupt nicht erreichbar! Habe es mehrere Tage unzählige Male versucht! Per Mail dauerte die Abklärung dann mehr als eine Woche! Sehr sehr mühsam! Hätte ich mir anders erwartet!

I started to use it more often after baby could hold her head. When she was a newborn, this carrier felt bulky. Now she is loving it.

Die Qualität ist super aber... Für die Retouren muss man Versandkosten und Retourenkosten bezahlen, insgesamt 9.90eur. Die Politik habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Leider war das meine letze Kauf bei Ergo baby.

Compré hace unos años la silla Metro Ergobaby por lo poco que ocupaba plegada para viajar.
No fue una inversión barata, pero lo hicimos pensando en que queríamos tener otro bebé y reutilizarla....Imposible porque se ha soltado el forjado que une uno de los extremos de la barra del freno a la silla.
No vale lo que cuesta, dinero tirado a la basura

My baby didn’t enjoy sling but fall in love with this carrier from the first minute. I planned to carry my baby mostly in facing out position but her big legs didn’t seem to be comfortable so facing in position is our choice. My back and pelvis bones needed a week to get used to the carrier. Now can’t imagine my life without it :)

Einfach zu recherchieren, problemlos zu bestellen und schnell geliefert.

Have order a stroller harness , as lost a piece from the original one ( grey colour).
On the website is only grey colour harness option, as it is the stroller but received a black one …
You can say it has nothing to do with the stroller, completely different colour… a bit disappointed…

Ich liebe die Ergobaby Embrace.
Habe jetzt lange nach einer guten Trage geschaut. Hatten ab Geburt die Koala Wrap Cuddle Band 2 doch für meinen Rücken war es Zeit nach einer Trage mit festeren Stoff zu schauen. Habe mich dann lange informiert da ich unbedingt eine mit so einem Kreuz am Rücken haben wollte.
Bin dann auf die Ergobaby Embrace gestoßen und sie ist wirklich einmalig. Weich wie meine alte Trage aber fest genug um meinen Rücken super zu entlasten. Mein Baby, Mann und ich lieben Sie!

Good product and good customer service; I noticed too late I could havde applied a 10% discount on first order and they gave this retrospectively. However, cancellation was not an option, but the item was shipped and received incredibly fast.
