Hey i want to announce that i got the ticket that my verification is passed And i will get instruction at up-coming days how to use platform as high risk client And i dont understand it. And Why my funds are not unblocked now if i passed it.

ich habe 400€ auf der karte gehabt und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich das geld auszuzahlen .
mir wurde gesagt jeder wurde per email über die einstellung des programms informiert ! so wie jeder hier schreibt erhielt ich auch nie eine mitteilung über die einstellung des programms per e-mail .
lasst uns alle zusammeb eine sammelklage einreichen.

They are scammers, criminals and thieves. Just like the other comments they started this stupid nonsense reason about compliance bs! What they really do is steal your identity and they also try to make up new lies and problems so you can’t get access to your money even after doing their video verification since January 2023 no access to the money. And after providing everything thing they asked for our individual tax number! I bet next is social security number! So they can sell our data’s on the black market for fake IDs! You will never see your money again and it’s time for interpol to investigate these scammers. I also think we should all connect and take mass legal actions against them! This has gotten out of hand! Even if everything was fine in the beginning and you were able to get your money don’t trust them! It is not safe! You will lose all your money! Better get a CosmoPayment account or paxum they are safer and have better reviews too! I’m so angry at these criminals! It’s absolutely not safe! I still don’t have access and guess what they lie and say “high risk” this is a lie! How are cam models who always receive their payment from the same source for years high risk?! They have all informations passport, work contract, bank statements, proof of address now they wanted my tax number 🤬

Why did you accept us as your clients knowing already we are working in “high risk” fields jobs if you can not manage this? You already accepted us knowing and having all the documents and informations from begin. The measures taken are extreme, without us to be told in advanced. Just an informing email that all our withdrawals are suspended is not acceptable. . It’s interesting how you have time to answer here to all of the complaints instead working on the “tickets” we are waiting for.

so how everyone here see - there is some problem with system, so maybe we should make a class action for getting at least OUR money? since a january 2023 i can’t withdraw a thousand dollars and this make me very sad, but i have a lot of power to change this situation, so i think we should connect each other with same problem

Amazing how horrible this is!
They work with company that I receive my founds from and they still blocked all my founds due too “high risk” - silly reason!
It was already 3 weeks and nobody contacted me to fix this issue.
My account is verified! 3 months ago I already showed them all documents they asked for! All was ok. But now I can not get my founds again!
I see that many people are complaining here due to the same reason.. this is not fun at all..

I can understand the process that epayservices goes trough a rough verification process. This is happening since 24th of February, according to the email sent, and according to the representative that keeps answering these reviews.
But, I am so curious, is there anyone that has been trough this late verification process? Anyone who can come and say ”Hey, my account was blocked but I passed the verification process and now I have acces to my money again”.
Or, someone is just being nice in here, keeps answering to this reviews, appologiseing and all of a sudden, one day we will not even have acces to our accounts and lose our money?

Pesimo servicio. Tendrémos que denunciarlos con los entes de control internacionales para que los intervengan. Les quedó grande restablecer servicios a Colombia.

Bad service and bad conduct verification review take a lot of time , in the end tell me "Unfortunately you can't have an account in our system" without any reson

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with your service. As a valued customer, I expect to be treated with respect and transparency, and unfortunately, this was not the case.

Without any prior warning or notification, my account was frozen, and I was unable to access any of my funds that I spent so much time catching!!! This caused a significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused as to why this had happened.

I find it unacceptable that your service did not have the courtesy to inform me of this action beforehand, leaving me to discover the problem only when I attempted to access my account. As a customer, I should be given the opportunity to rectify any issues or errors that may have caused this action, and I believe I was denied this opportunity.

I urge your service to review its policies and procedures and to take steps to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again. I would appreciate a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including an explanation of why my account was frozen and what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening in the future.

I have had a very negative experience with their service. Recently, I received an email informing me that my account had been subject to enhanced due diligence and that I would not be able to withdraw my funds until the full completion of all regulatory procedures.

I promptly responded to their request, but it has now been more than three weeks since and I still have not heard anything from them. I sent follow-up emails, but they were unable to provide me with any concrete information about the status of my account.

To make matters worse, I have come across information that suggests that this is not an isolated incident and that many other users are experiencing the same issue.

This looks like a scam every day more and more.

As a result of this experience, I am now forced to temporarily disable any new income to be transferred to my account. I feel scammed and powerless in this situation. I will for sure inform the jurisdiction in my country about this issue.

Overall, I would not recommend using ePayServices. Their lack of transparency and communication has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the safety of my funds.

Worst service EVER EXISTS!!!! They don’t let you take your money MONTS because of miracle “technical issues” &continue to accept income transactions! Insane!!!
The “support” doesn’t answer or give you strange messages once in days! They blocked so many accounts without letting them withdraw any money! &just don’t answer
One day I woke up and just couldn’t take my money via any way.
They lie here when they say “it’s working for Ukrainian cards” no! It doesn’t! I have so many proves ! Neither for SEPA or Swift or ANY WAY.
Please I beg you never use their wallet! I swear It’s a nightmare

If you lose access = they won’t help you to enter in your wallet.

Avoid this company when receiving payments from the company you work for. They block the funds under a silly reason of high risk Field activity ,just so you can not withdraw your money. They are obviously ok with working with the companies that you get your payment from, since they accept payments from them. There is no reason such as "high risk". Avoid them because they are scammers. They need to be sued,otherwise they will steal our money!

First, they are lying about having to comply with any sort of regulations, just like they lied about an "upgrade" to wire transfer services. (That was 4+ months ago and they still maintain it's an upgrade but with no timeline).

There is nothing "high risk" about the accounts they are blocking as they clearly are okay with receiving money from the companies paying it, it's just a problem when you want to withdraw money.

For those who have gone through this, contact the company paying you and let them know ePayService is blocking withdrawal of funds and ask them to complain directly and threaten to stop using their service. I have already done so, but others need to do it so companies will stop using this soon-to-be-out-of-business service.

What we are experiencing with epayservice is very similar with what we are reading here.

For that we are somewhat relieved that we are not being singled out but that this is a massive issue by the looks of it..

We are customers for years now, A few years ago, in march '21 all cards were deactivated due to "solutions being implemented" and this should have be ready in september of that year. It took them over a year to complete that "implementation" and offer new cards. we did order a card, which was shipped only after re-verification. Everything checked out and we received it early February 2023, only to be locked out again starting 24th of february and on.. Support is like a stuck tape recorder repeating the same message again and again, no matter what we write back..

Look, if you want to cut ties with the adult-industry/porn/sexworkers and whatsoever, give your clients their money back and just say it, instead of flagging adult related business as "high risk". the flag is raised by an algoritm, which is programmed to raise a red flag and report to a human to investigate. That algoritm is programmed like that with a reason that YOU are failing to tell your customers: "we want out of porn, but we want to keep your money and that is why you are flagged as high risk". Dont lie, and tell your support crew to actually support people instead of sending the same b*llsh*t message over and over again.

This is FIRST-RATE "HORRIBLE" COMPANY!!!

I spent nearly 2 hours answering every question on their form which was INSANE as far as what they want. Then, after several (VERY SLOW) RESPONSE emails, the agent simple says, "OH, we don't service sending money to your country." In the beginning of the form, their scroll down menu showed my country, and I (CLEARLY) stated my business. So ridiculous, and DEFINITELY a company to STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM!!!!! IDIOT COMPANY FOR SURE!!!!!

Why they still working, why websites still recommending this SCAM company as transfer money, THEY HAVE BIG PROBLEM after started war in Ukraine, because owner this company from Russia!!! But they are lie that theirs office at Netherlands it's not True. Not Recommend At All. Now they are sending money to card one time in month or 2 months, soon they will just close company with all your money...
