I am in the same boat as everyone else. The funds that are in the account are stuck there, without being able to use them in any way, even though i did the verification and i have been told i passed the verification a month ago.
What could be the hold up, if i already passed? I am writing support and they just ignore my questions.
At this point, after working with this company for over 10 years, on and off, i can say it’s the worst one in the industry.

LO PEOR DEL MUNDO!!!!! no envien su dinero a epayservice, lo van a perder. nadie responde llevo mas de dos meses esperando poder retirar mi dinero y no me permiten y hoy me bloquearon mi cuenta.

@epayservice, i don t know what you are glad about, knowing that someone used to have trust in you, 4 yrs ago. The truth is that it is realy sad to see that in such a short time you have become the worst company in your branch, voted by your customers…

Btw, have you all seen that Paxum have now introduced the euro prepaid mastercard?…that was the only reason some may have still used this service, because of their mastercard that was shortly available. And for those who don t know, they sent some tikets to some customers that in order to use their platform after the verification we need to pay a fee of 50 euros for individual or 100euros for bussiness montly, in adition of 3% of the amount for any transaction.:)))))) i really dont know what this guys are dreaming or smoking at night to came up with this condition in the day.
And even if you have passed the verification, guess what, you still can not withrawn a cent because they have thehnical work going on for as long as they want.
I advise anyone to keep sending emails to the companies you are working with and urge them to cancel this company as their bussiness parteners. This bussiness scamers deserve to slowly die.

At this point i don't want to wait anymore. THEY HAVE ALL MY MONEY AND THEY ARE DOINING NOTHING TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT! I AM ANGRY AND TIRED TO BEG FOR AN ANSWEAR OR FOR UNBLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I waited for more than 3 months and if you ask me they can make us wait another year or more.Who is gonna stop them?! BUT! If you go to MFSA page you can submit a complaint. The complaint fee is 25$ and they will respond you after 15 days but do it if you want the authorities to do something against those scamers that apparently they are stealing our money. You will thank me later.

Just don't ! They will block your money with the excuse is a enchanted kyc, and then they ask the same things you gived them in the first place when you created your account! I passed the verification but now i have to wait like a good boy to let them teach me how to use the platform as high risk user! Scammers ! And don't let me start with there limits on Atm withdraws wich are very low per day, and the tax they get for every single thing u press on atm they charge you 0.50 euro cents even if u did got money from atm or not ! I recomand taking legal action would be worth it ! I never had this problem with Paxum or Cosmopay wich i recomand from the bottom of my heart !

I would not recomand to use this service ! They have NO respect for the users, they blocked my account 3 mouths ago! Not even today after i provided all they asked from me they didin't unblock my account or let me take my money in any shape or form. I beg all of you just don't ! Use other services out there beacuse this is the worst you can find! It's funny cuz the accounts that has almost no money on them ( my boyfriend case) got unlocked very quick, i think they don't have the actual money to pay us... I will take legal action with my lawyer if 30 days will pass after i offered them all the info they asked and i encourage you do the same if they blocked your account and they did nothing after you u gived them what they asked for. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Epayservice. The team was unprofessional and seemed completely unaware of the laws and regulations in my country. They were asking for paperwork that simply does not exist, and when I explained this to them, they were incredibly rude and dismissive.

Their lack of knowledge and understanding of my country's requirements was a huge red flag, and it made me question the integrity of their entire operation. It's one thing to be unfamiliar with certain rules and regulations, but it's another thing entirely to be downright impolite and dismissive when a customer is trying to explain the situation.

I would not recommend Epayservice to anyone, based on my experience. Their unprofessionalism and lack of understanding of basic regulatory requirements are major cause for concern.

Para recuperar el dinero deben hablar con el banco o la entidad de la cual recibieron el dinero de epayservice para que puedan devolver el dinero a dicha entidad.
Soy modelo y hablé con la página a la cual trabajo y expuse mi caso, ellos me dieron los pasos a seguir para devolver el dinero que ellos mismos me enviaron

Ez a szemét Bank folyamatosan csak ígér,de semmi nem történik.21.000 euró van a számlámon amihez nem férek hozzá február 24-e óta. Ezt a bankot soha senkinek nem fogom ajánlani. Mindenkit lebeszélek róla. Egyetértek Monica kommentjével. Nekünk kell összefogni és keresni egy ügyvédet.Sajnos csak ostoba kifogásokat kapunk.Magas kockázatra hivatkoznak.Minden adat ott van rólam a Bank birtokában. Én biztos vagyok benne,hogy ez a bank minden ügyfél adataival visszaél. És a pént sem kapjuk vissza. Nekem egy banki ismerősöm mesélte,hogy minden létező bank tőzsdézik az ügyfelek pénzével. És nagyon valószínű,hogy ez az ePayservice bank elveszítette az ügyfelek pénzét a tőzsdén.

Hello dear Epayservices! Today i made complaint about you to the Arbiter for financial services. Many times I annoyed you in tickets when you send me verification request. You always promising that in the nearest future. Is it professional answer of pay service? You are breaking terms and conditions! You do not supply customers with proper services. All your typical promises like ' after verification you can use your funds' sound like excuses. Your customers do not trust you any more. The more you delay the more problems you have. I apply to all people here not to sit and just wait when wonder happens.Complain to Arbiter or Ombudsman!

I would like to make a group that includes as many members as possible who have an account registered in epayservice so that we can gather to make a petition... and at the same time to arrange a group of lawyers from a company of lawyers in Malta to act at the ECHR or in the Maltese court this illegal activity that undermines our access to our money. I suspect that this company is the next FTX AMERICAN illegal scheme to steal money from our accounts or to remain with money forever blocked for themselves. we are not talking about compensation of thousands of euros for these thiefs

Estoy en la misma situación de ustedes, llevo 4 meses sin poder retirar dinero, estuve investigando y encontré la entidad que vigila y regula a epayservice. Hoy realice la queja directamente con ellos y pienso que si reciben mas quejas semejantes pueden dar solución mas rápido. La empresa que vigila se llama (La Autoridad de Servicios Financieros de Malta (MFSA)
Deben tener en cuenta que el nombre real empresa es MTACC Liited y que opera bajo el nombre comercial de epayservice. Espero que esto nos pueda ayudar.

I dont write cero only bc is not possible, i tried to sign up and to make verification the website didn’t accept my passport pic on any format, not even jpg o pdf, changing the size, nothing worked, this was a month ago and i wanted to try again and now the website doesn’t accept to create an account with my phone numer, nor any of my emails or even two different options of usernames, is a full on waste of time.

To Rina: If your money is illegally blocked, then you need to file a complaint with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
I have already done it.

I am in the same situation….no one contacted me for any verification ticket yet. Same robotic answers as another person Rina said. And I have a lot of money in my wallet, is not like is nothing in there! but… Instead…I got email with their Easter schedule and also they charged the 2€ monthly maintenance…… what a joke!! Thank you for letting know your Easter schedule Epayservice, while we are starving looking at our “frozen” money and your useless fooling answers.

Even if it costs you a fortune to go for a different banking service, do it. They have literally stolen the money of all of their customers. Same as others in these reviews, they have held our money without a proper explanation since 24th February. I have salaries and taxes to pay, but we haven't been able to do so because of them for 2 months now. They are frauds, vile and disgusting people who do not care that they are literally destroying lives.

Signed up very recently early March, went through everything that was asked of me.

Money is just sitting there for 10 days now. Can't be transferred. You are earning interest on my money.

Send it back to MFC so I can have it sent to another service. Nope I guess returning the money would be too 'high risk'.

You know who is 'high risk'? ePay is high risk.

So at that point you have illegally held funds for God knows how long and now rejected the person - who you allowed to set up funding for that account in the first place - what happens to their money? You can't hold it forever. Either release it to the customer or send it back to the payout company ALONG with INTEREST.

Llevo mas de un mes para poder retirar mi dinero y nada que reestablecen el servicio, dicen q esta temporalmente suspendido para Colombia. Tienen dineros retenidos y nadie responde..
