I took this drone camping with me last weekend and was really pleased with o=it. The video and pictures l took are amazing! The battery lasted about an hour, which was plenty of time for me to get some great shots. The only downside is flying at night when it's harder to see, so l didn't dare fly too high.

I purchased it after seeing some fake recommendations on one website which popped up with Google search but 17 minutes after purchasing I reviewed the others advices so immediately I sent an email to them to cancel order and refund also I dispute the payment through bank, interestingly next day the replied : don't worry our product has lots of fun and we can not refund because it has already shipped and then shipment confirmation email was sent to me. if you still want to cancel order just don't accept it and return it then we discuss later! I succeeded to dispute money by help of bank after providing all documents. now they emailed me mentioning you cancelled your order because of wrong good and need to send a video from failure product otherwise you will be reported to bank. Fake company be aware they will charge you immediately and has no any responsibility

I've never used a drone before, but this one is so easy to get the hang of! I took some videos of the area near my house, and the footage is super stable. The battery life is decent, enough for about 30 to 40 minutes of shooting. It's so handy to take with me on weekend trips!

I would rate Eonvy with zero stars if possible.

I was tempted into purchasing from them because of a fake/misleading online report at skytestreport dot com, which seems to have been written by or for them, not independently.

The company is reported to be based in New Zealand but it seems they are really Chinese. The drone did not arrive in time for me to use it on my holiday as I had hoped.

It had been delivered before I got back, but I soon discovered that it does not take high quality 8k photos and video as the review and Eonvy's own website led me to believe.

Also, the manual says it is only suitable for light winds up to level 4, whereas their website says it can fly in stronger winds up to level 6, so that severely restricts how much use I can get out of it.

I emailed straight away for a full refund under their policy as stated online, but they gave some lame excuse for the problems and ignored my request. They then ignored my subsequent emails, but eventually offered only a 10% rebate, which I have declined.

I have raised a chargeback claim through my bank and expect to get a full refund in a few weeks.

Beware of fake positive reviews on this and other reviews websites. They tend to be written by users who have not verified their ID and have submitted no reviews for other companies, and who give glowing reviews repeating Eonvy's marketing waffle while showing no real detail of their own personal experience with the product.

ho acquistato Drone a seguito recensioni su internet per 234 € ( 160 + batteria e ricambi) Il rilevamento ostacoli non funzionava ed alla segnalazione mi hanno chiesto vari video e dettagli. visto che non risolvevano ho chiesto di restitiure il prodotto e non mi hanno dato l'indirizzo per il resto!!! Hanno detto di aspettare altre verifiche e, passati i 14 gg SONO SPARITI !!l'azienda ha rifiutato di accettare il reso.
NON solo non hanno rispetto della clientela, la truffano non consentendo di effettuare quando di diritto. farò segnalazione all'associazione consumatori.
Grandi truffatori: evitateli a tutti i costi!

I purchased a drone from them. It says 8K photos. It look likes photos from the 90´s. I can´t switch to the camera on top of the drone, it looses connection all the time, and the hardware is just cheap!

When i wrote to them, I want to return the product, they will take 30 Euro for the freight that they have paid, and afterwards 15% deduction. That is not written in term and conditions.

Don´t buy, spare your money or save up to another manufacture!

I purchased a drone for £160 from this company, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The product was cheaply made, and when I attempted to return it – brand new and unused – the company refused to accept the return.

Instead, they provided various excuses to delay the process, such as repeatedly asking for photos and videos of the product. When I mentioned seeking help from Citizens Advice, they blocked me from further communication.

This company has demonstrated a clear lack of customer service and integrity. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Big scammers – avoid at all costs!
