THE FIRST LINE IN THIS REVIEW SAYS IT ALL AND THEY DO NIT REFUND

I purchased a drone off these guys around 9 months ago, it showed and it flies really well for the size and the battery is not too bad, 20 minutes tops.
The issue is the camera, it is TERRIBLE and is NO WHERE near the quality they claim it to be. It takes blurry photos and videos, even when only around 10m away from the focus point.
I then contacted them to obtain a refund for not providing a product as they advertised and all they did was offer a 10% of purchase price refund. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
They went out of their way to make things difficult so as to delay and deflect from getting the full amount refunded, and being that they are providing dodgy equipment, I took a refund of 20% of purchase price.
NEVER EVER buy this product as it is a complete scam and not worth the wasted money and time dealing with these crooks!!!!!

Es una basura de dron 🗑️. Unos estafadores no compréis esa basura de dron …un tal mike responde como si fuese un robot . Si ya lo has comprado preparate para que te cobren 30€ de devoluciones segun su politica y solo vas a perder lo que pagaste tras 3 meses de reclamaciones no pierdo mas el tiempo . K les aproveche.

Un auténtico desastre calidad de imagen cero estabilidad en vuelo cero por un poco más te compras el básico de DJI y ahí no te equivocas

Ho ordinato il prodotto. Poi ho letto solo recensioni negative e ho chiesto dopo neanche 30 minuti(di sera tardi) di annullare l' ordine. Mi hanno risposto che mi trattenevano il 15% dell' importo. Giustifica do costi di spedizione e manodopera. Dopo di che non gli ho più sentiti. Una parola sola: truffa. Da evitare

Battery last 4 minutes. Literally 4 minutes. Worthless junk. Spend a few more bucks and get something worthwhile.

I placed an order with this company and after a little investigation sent a message to them (8 hours later) asking about a feature that I thought was on the drone.
After discovering that this was not available I cancelled the order immediately and asked for a refund.
So, two days later after sending several emails with no reply they suddenly contact me and state that the drone has been sent but the tracking at this stage is not available.
The customer service from a guy called Mike is terrible. I am a fool for purchasing without checking reviews - a lesson learnt. Now I can only image the pain I will go through to get my money back because if this drone does arrive I will be returning it immediately.

Europeo, ma poi il prodotto arriva dalla Cina e non è regolamentato.
Il segnale video Wi-Fi è debole.
Ad ogni lamentela rispondono con mail preimpostate....firmate Mike.
Impossibile avere ricambi.
Uso il prodotto come giocattolo...ma non sono soddisfatto.
Meglio un bel DJI, Azienza sicuramente più affidabile e seria.

Vergonzoso. Llevo casi una semana intentando solicitar una devolución por funcionamiento inadecuado del dron (no tiene velocidad, se desestabiliza a pesar de haberlo calibrado 10 veces y un largo etcétera) y las respuestas por email, porque no hay teléfono de contacto, son dando largas para que trascurran los 30 días en los que se puede solicitar la devolución.
Por el momento he recibido 3 emails respondiendo que comente el problema, que lo derivan a los técnicos, que recalibre, que mire un vídeo tutorial, etc.
Experiencia penosa y trato nefasto

Drone arrived and I got one session out of it before the camera gimbal developed a fault, they refused to take the product back even though it’s within 30 days and under warranty, offered to send me a new camera- what a waste of money, very bad company DO NOT BUY!
I have contacted the credit card company and the ombudsman and will not accept such terrible customer service or poor quality

Great experience

I got the non-GPS drone because I wanted something simple to practice on, and it's been perfect. The drone is lightweight and a lot of fun to fly in the backyard. It doesn't have the advanced features of the GPS model, but for learning the basics without stress, it's great for the price.

The GPS return-to-home function works perfectly, which gives me peace of mind when flying a bit farther. It feels stable in the air and easy to control, even for someone like me who isn't very experienced with drones.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I ordered before I had seen reviews and the tech specs that were on the advert didn't match the product, it was highly inferior. The controls are clunky and the camera is poor. After over a month I received my item and managed to set it up and take it on its first flight.

It lost connectivity about 15 metres high and 20m away and flew off, the recording stopped and the GPS didn't pick it up. The movement controls are slow and not precise, this is a terrible drone.

I then went back and forward on emails with someone called Mike and after pushing through about 7 emails he finally offered me a replacement but without a battery, this was a useless offer as it isn't going to work without a battery. There is also not a uk base for the products.

Now my emails won't deliver to the address anymore and the website doesn't work. This is a terrible company and an absolute scam. Do not waste your money and time.

I've had such a great time flying this drone! It's perfect for capturing both stunning aerial views and creative videos. The drone is durable, and I haven't had any issues even after a few rough landings.

I’ve just fallen for this scam. Bought it for my son as we are about to go on a holiday of a lifetime to Brazil. Tried to cancel within minutes of ordering but told it had already been shipped. Then a day later got an email saying they were preparing to ship the item. From reading other reviews I thinks it’s highly likely I’ve lost that money now. Barclaycard won’t do anything to help even though I’ve told them it’s a scam. Do not buy from this low life con artists
