This is a scam. Product never arrived and I was unable to get my money back.

Recibimos el dron correctamente. Es facil de volar, estable con viento suave y permite ajustar diferentes calidades de imagen tanto de foto como de video. La verdad es que estoy disfrutando con el siendo mi primer dron 😅
La compañia responde puntualmente y tiene un buen servicio de recambios. Todo correcto, nada que objetar.

Their drone is terrible! It’s cheap and the build quality is awful. Any tiny bit of wind and it’s uncontrollable. Video is only 2k NOT the 8k they advertise. Battery didn’t even last 5 minutes flight time after been on charge all night. Not as advised at all! This is a greedy Chinese scam. The bad reviews are real. The good reviews are fake. If you try to cancel an order before it’s even sent or ask for a refund they charge you 15% for ‘restocking’!!?? You’ve not even sent anything to restock!!!! Absolutely disgusting DO NOT BUY.

Do not buy from this site - and do not get sucked in by all the fake positive reviews on here. Drone took six weeks to arrive and the handset didn’t work properly. I complained immediately, even sending a video of the unserviceable items but it’s evident there is a lot lost in translation as the customer service is the worst ive ever experienced, and clearly attempting to avoid paying me my money back.

Clearly the positives are fake. The site is shocking, drone is the worst I've flown, it's impossible to get off the ground. Has a mind of it's own. The exact same drone is 40 quid but different logo. Avoid seriously. Absolute garbage

Please do not use this company,I rejected the delivery as told by envy ,I then received an email saying as soon as it reaches them thy will refund ,but thy don't reply to emails ,I would stay well away from them

I'm really happy with this drone. It's fantastic for capturing everyday moments.

I had a similar experience to others. Tried to cancel the order in less than one hour of ordering but informed the order could not be cancelled due to it already being shipped. I then receive and email saying they were preparing to ship it. I was the. Told to reject the delivery but when you view their return policy this will result in you loosing £30 postage then an amount for returning it. I feel this is an underhanded scam please don’t fall for it as I have and loose your well earned income.

Tried to cancel order minutes after ordering it and they refused saying it has been shipped! No way was that possible!
After weeks of waiting for it , it came and I can’t return it ! Haven’t given me any return information, no documentation, telling me I have to pay for everything to return plus lose money because I’m returning it ! There are fake reviews on this site ! Fake reviews on other drone sites . Don’t waste your money .

This drone is surprisingly quiet, allowing me to fit without disturbing anyone. Great for landscapes and action shots.

Produkter bestilt i Maj måned og trods gentagende henvendelser til firmaet, på alt hvad der kunne opdrives af forskellige mailadresser, så har de ikke svaret, før jeg i starten af December skrev at jeg ville annullere ordren og ha mine penge tilbage for dem havde de sjovt nok været hurtige nok til at trække fra kontoen
Så fik de kæmpe travlt med at skrive at når jeg ville annullere ordren så ville de trække 15% fra i omkostninger På trods af at det ikke er min skyld at de ikke havde svaret på mine mange henvendelser og havde fået styr på leveringen
Jeg svarede så at hvis de ville sende mine varer så jeg havde dem senest d.15.dec. så ville jeg gerne modtage varerne
Så svarede de at der var problemer med den tidligere levering som var blevet holdt tilbage i tolden og ikke kunne leveres uden problemer og at de ville refundere beløbet minus 15%
og da jeg så i går d.25 stadig hverken havde modtaget penge eller vare så henvendte jeg mig igen og nu skriver de så at tilbagebetalingsperioden er overskredet så nu vil de slet ikke refundere nogen penge

I bought a drone from them and never got it. I have emailed and emailed and emailed with no reply. I can’t even locate a contact phone number for them.

I brought it on a road trip last weekend, and it delivered breathtaking views. The controls are smooth, and the camera quality is excellent.

This drone is amazing! I've taken it to parks and had so much fun capturing stunning aerial shots.

Hjemmeside lovede 1-3 dages leveringstid. Her 14 dage efter er der ikke kommet nogen pakke og eneste track and trace viser er at den er i Kina. Pengene er hævet for produktet, men ingen besked om forsinkelser eller lign. Sidste gang der handles der og vil ikke anbefale andre at gøre det. Afventer svar vedr. pakke, som skulle bruge til jul.

Ho acquistato il Drone su una piattaforma che sembrava italiana Eonvy.it ed è arrivato, ma quando è arrivato non trovo nessuna indicazione del numero di serie del Drone, poiché è un drone dotato di telecamere va obbligatoriamente registrato su d-flight.it ma mancando i dati non appare possibile farlo, in oltre asseriscono che sia in classe C0, vero, ma manca qualunque stampigliatura in proposito sul drone, risultato, il drone non può essere usato.
Ho chiesto che venga sostituito con un drone regolare pena la denuncia per la frode subita, non sono più stato ricontattato... diverse mail inviate entro le 24 ore avevano ricevuto confortanti risposte da parte di Mike...

Really bad, starting from the support ending on the trust of the selling process. I've bought a product on the 2/12 but up to now i have not receive it. They state 5 to 10 days at the terms but when buying say that if in stock (at they stated they have it) 5 days for shipping.
This is a scam the product comes from China and the shipping process (not from UK as they try to deceive). The time in between takes ages I am still waiting for the Customs somewhere in Europe… This was a Xtmas gift as so I want to cancel the order and they to not attend my request. This is in the Policy Terms, but you have no way to request either the change of address or the cancelation.

I bought a drone as a present and then discovered i had duplicated another family members present. I contacted EONVY to ask if I can return my unopened package for a refund.
Their reply makes it impossible to do so as they want to deduct a % for restocking, I have to pay customs taxes and shipping to China. Also, they tell me (twice) that if it doesnt arrive they wont refund at all. Which makes me feel it is not worth risking a return at all. Dont buy from these con artists!
