good packaging arrived quickly however item was not as described, I had bought the Amber Turner diamante sliders and they were really tight to my feet I had to break them in using socks they rub my feet pretty bad causing sores

Chunky sock boots - mocha
The boots I were sent were nothing like the pictures on the website, even though the customer services team tried to claim that it was in fact the same boot. The colour was completely wrong too. False advertisement.

Disgusted at returns policy
Disgusted at returns policy . Daughter tried shows on wooden floor in prom shop !! Sent them back as was about to order bigger pair for comfort only to be told was unable to have a return as shoes looked liked they were worn .. seriously could see they had not been worn. Then I had to arrange to have the shoes returned back to me ..
wouldn't recommend this company at all .

I ordered my shoes for a specific day…
I ordered my shoes for a specific day to go out for an important event and it had go t lost in transit. I have to wait 28 days for an investigation and to get a refund. I know this is dpd fault but I've ordered from here before and this has never happened. I would prefer to get my refund asap so I could re order my shoes now I have to wait and order from elsewhere.
