I ordered 2 pair of sandals on May 5th l just received them June 24th they were nothing like what l ordered l wish l could take a picture of the crap they sent me...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...🚨🚨🚨🚨🛑🛑🛑🛑 l just think it's wrong for this company to pop up on your Facebook page post false advertisement ,take your money then disappear and you?
Can't get in contact with them.
Something really needs to be done about this.

ZERO TRUST in this company called: ENVYOURS.
They have NO customer service of any sort as of 6/09/25.
The Mis-represent item . Pictures are 100% different than the item received .
My Silver Square/ Circle flat sandals were suppose to be rhinestone throughout . Super sparkle appeal in photo’s and video.
When received today the rhinestones were entirely made of plastic sheets of plastic stones with ZERO sparkle . I could not believe I spent so much for them and in such anticipation of receiving and it’s all plastic .
If that was not enough, they unraveled, the plastic rope only was stuck on by a collar glue back . Again, I am so angry and disappointed because I have spent a good hour trying to read to find any type of customer service -THAT DOES NOT EXIST . No trust in this company that falsely represents what you actually received This item is no better than a cheap pair of rubber flip flops worth $5.00. Do not buy!!! They are Crooks. American made is the only way your ever goi g to get what you pay for . Now go do the right thing please .

I ordered 1 pair of shoes in March 2025 and received them after almost 2 months later and they sent a completely different shoe in the wrong size. I contacted their customer service and was offered a 40% discount on another order if I kept the wrong pair. So I did and when the second order came that wasn't the shoes I ordered as well, it was worse and a shoe they don't even show online the shoe was ugly. I was so disappointed! I immediately got in contact with their customer service again (Miya) and was offered the same deal of 40% off for their mistake. Which was completely diabolically scammish at this point. This time I declined, because someone in their warehouse or shipment center clearly can't read or they never ever intend to send you your order and purposely send the wrong shoe to keep having you spend money. Trying to buy shoes from envyours a 3rd time would be complete insanity. I truly believe they are oversea's scammers who never intend to send you the product that you purchase. Do not buy from this company. If I could give them a (-8) negative star 8 rating I would. It would be a negative -10. I gave them 2 points in ranking only for how quick they responded to my email only to tell me I couldn't return the hideous shoes because it would be more expensive than buying the shoes that I must emphasize that u did not order. I hope someone reads this and do not buy anything from "envyours" such a bunch of fraudulent, incompetent team of scammers.

Never received item, ignored comms until I opened a case with my bank and now wants me to fill out information for them! Shame as I wanted the shoes

Ordered 2 pairs of boots back in March 1 has arrived but I’m still waiting on the other pair I’ve emailed to be told they’re be sent out the next week still no boots I’ve emailed again and messsged via social media and still no response

I’ve ordered for next day delivery over a week ago. No shipment email has been sent and no responses to my emails or social media messages. I thought I was ordering in good time for an event , now I have to go out and buy and may have to contact my bank to stop the money as item not received. Not good company or customer service

Don't do it. It took almost a month. They sent me a total different style, material and size. I sent a message for a refund , they responded saying their on a Chinese holiday.

Then it said Delivery attempted 22 November, Unfortunately, Hermes wasn’t able to complete your delivery and needs additional information to try again. I gave them everything already. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Fs! Delivery man had problems finding my address. How can this be when all the houses have big fat numbers and signs and I don’t have a problem getting other deliveries…it’s just Envri. Now it’s been on hold for days and I can’t talk to anyone directly…there’s no option for that. Terrible. I have made an Evri Enquiry - [Incident: 241125-071986.
So what now? Delivery is still on hold and I am not any wiser and no one can tell me when I get my item. What’s going on? What are they doing? Rubbish - sorry. They say rest assured online if you make a enquiry but they won’t give an answer….where is by Cloth Rack? A week later and nothing…delivery on hold. No phone call or email or anyone resolving the issue. My address and details are correct. Why can’t they deliver a simple item I paid for? Really weird and simple disappointing of their costumer service - it’s a joke and I am hopping mad. I am worried to order more of Amazon…just in case it will say that Envri will deliver. Well we know what happens when it says that…you won’t get my item. They are totally unreliable.
