Great website with plenty of varied things to purchase...Great styles too

I’m afraid I ordered a pair of shoes, paid for next day delivery, they actually took 3 working days to arrive and when they did arrived they were broken!
The customer service team were lovely and replied to me quickly but I won’t be ordering from there again I’m afraid. Which is upsetting because all their shoes look gorgeous.

Runs very small, I ordered 2 shoes and one shoe fit just fine and the other is too small. But they are both the same size. It cost almost the same amount as the shoe to ship it back for an exchange. Won’t be shopping here again.

AWFUL! I ordered a pair of boots for next day delivery and 10 days later still no sign of them. I ordered a second pair 3 days after my first Order as I needed them for a birthday gift, these also didn’t arrive. I contacted envy to find out what was going on and was told it’s the couriers problem!! NOT HELPFUL. I asked for a refund for my next day delivery charge and they refunded the difference between standard and next day delivery. Customer service is terrible I will NEVER order from this website again.

I am very disappointed with there service. After not receiving my order well over a week I got in contact with them and they advised they had sent the item through hermes but I never received it. I checked the hermes app they had processed nothing in terms of when the item was on its way and delivery details. When the seller checked with hermes they then updated the app to say it was delivered midnight on Sunday. Clearly hermes have lost the parcel and have made up a date and time of delivery. Despite the seller knowing hermes have failed to deliver they were unable to re deliver or provide a refund straight away and asked me to fill out a form to send to hermes. Had I known how unreliable hermes were and what the customer service process was with envy shoes I would never have ordered from them. As a first time client it has been a very bad client experience. Nearly a month on I have no boots and not received my money back. I bought them for Christmas and i have not received the boots or money to buy a new pair. I emailed them yesterday after a week of filing out a form and received no response from them at all. Please don't waste your time ordering online. Best to buy from retailers in store who are able to provide good efficient customer service. Safe to say I won't be ordering again from them.

My boots arrived with a large mark on them. Had to send them straight back.

Great product with good quality and arrived on time. Bought as an early Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had!!! Never received the items I had ordered and now fighting to get my money back….

My shoes came with pen and dirty marks all over them, credit to envy as they said they would refund me but by this point the shoes were out of stock and I couldn’t re purchase them. In the end I was given a discount on the shoes but all in all the shoes should haven’t been sold to begin with and should have been throughly checked. The shoes them self are lovely and nice quality but as my first experience I’m a little disappointed.

Purchased during BF, paid next day delivery, a week later still no order, emailed CS to be told it’s Black Friday and there’s a delays to which I advised they should not advertise & charge customers for a service they know full well they can’t deliver, requested a refund on the shipping costs & was told no, since the courier has miraculously lost my parcel and they still will not issue a refund even though I don’t want the shoes anymore, been told I need to wait 28 days until courier investigates. Absolute joke, wouldn’t recommend & will never purchase from them again! Rude customer service as well!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible.
The shoes are cheap. Went for a meal and lost the decor on one of the shoes.
I've very annoyed I only got a 20% discount back . I just wanted to send them back. I can't use them again now I sent pics to them. As I have used them but only once :/ just poor quality.

Because you don’t cover shipping back! When item is too small!

First off all the order took verry long and then after wearing it 2 times the paint of the lether came off verry quickly so the quality is poor i was verry disapointed and not even customer service would not even send a new pair or whatever zara has better quality

I haven’t heard from this company since Oct 25 , what is going on ?

My purchase really comfortable I really love it and size true fit I recommend on this shoes really beautiful I’ll keep ordering some more shoes from you
