Website easy to navigate. Great communication on when to expect order to ship. Merchandise arrived in excellent condition.

When I ordered the quilt set they let me know it was out of stock but I could reserve one from the next order. They said I could expect it the beginning to the middle of March and it came on March 17th with no problems. Definitely recommend English Elm. Thank you!

Called Customer Svc. Was told to email CSvc and that I would receive a response immediately, probably that day. Emailed immediately. Never received a response from anyone to this day

I received an email confirmation and tracking information. the package arrived on time. The product was as pictured/ described, not broken. A bonus was it was a good price.

I was nervous about ordering from this site due to bad reviews, but it worked out.

The woman that notified me that the lamp was out of stock was very helpful in getting me on the list to get a lamp as soon as they got more in. I was so happy to get this lamp.

You guys did nothing wrong but my package was stolen from infront of my house while I was at work. But luckily I paid for shipping protection. I’m currently waiting on a response so Iknow how to go about the situation I’ve never had to do this before so I don’t know exactly what I’m supposed to do on my part. Easy website to navigate. A Scheduled in home delivery was communicated very well and on time with a polite delivery team. My item was packed very well, box was flawless, and item is better than I even expected! I am very happy with it

After we ordered the lamp, we received an email from English Elm explaining the lamp was out of stock and we could cancel or wait for the next shipment to arrive in May. We chose to wait for the lamp to come back into stock as we were looking for this particular style of lamp to replace a similar one that had quit working. We were surprised when we received a notice it had been shipped as it is early March! We received it on the 4th and the lamp was in a cardboard box well packed in styrofoam and is almost identical to the lamp it's replacing. Construction was very good, assembly was easy and the package included 2 lightbulbs for the lamp. We are very pleased with the product!

Very poor / rude customer service- sent links to login to my account and view order status when I emailed asking simple question about eta of my further backordered item.

You can buy all these items at retailers who actually value your business, buy elsewhere.
