Thank you for the excellent service, getting my order away so promptly after Chinese New Year. This such a brilliant little engine, my third Teching engine, excellent quality, I will be buying more, not just because of the excellent products, but the excellent service.

The kit arrived pretty quick at something than a week later and it seems at first glance all pieces are included. I would have liked a Connection Diagramm at the motor and blades but hopefully can figure that out. There is a diagram included for the connections to/from batteries, charger and ESC.

This company is awesome! They have great products that do what they advertise that they will do. I’ve bought a few gasoline engines from them & have more on the way. Overall I’m impressed with everything so far. I’ve asked them a few questions here & there and they have always responded & been a great help in answering questions.

I've been purchasing engines and parts from EngineDiy for 2 yrs. now, and aside from US Tarrifs, products have arrived well packaged and just what I ordered. Before writing this review, I read the 1 srar reviews. I'm not judging previous reviews going back as far as 2023 because I was not yet a customer. My observation is that the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. This raises questions, because false or fraudulent websites are alleged to have mimicked EngineDIY. Generally speaking, you will see gradual rating trends up & down. I recently purchased 2 shorty lipo battery packs and 5 servos for my Capo U4 Queen as a package from EngineDIY. The servos arrived earlier than the batteries due to Hazardous materials requirement. One of the batteries was either damaged in shipping or was a manufacturer error. It was dead on arrival. Just so you know, I don't write many reviews only because some are a just a nuisance. Like buying Jello from a supermarket and then receiving a review request to explain the taste, packaging, and on time delivery. I highly recommend EngineDIY and believe that patience and mutual respect can resolve most issues. Sorry for the rant

Excellent service. The grease bottle was missing so EngineDIY immediately sent it free of charge. When it was detained by customs due some admin issue, EngineDIY sent another grease bottle free of charge. Also 2 external parts had cosmetic defects and replacement parts were sent immediately free of charge.
The assembly manual is too small to see the fine details. I would prefer a PDF version where I can zoom-in.
The claimed 2 Hour assembly time it way too optimistic.
Overall Impression: It is a fun kit to build, which give you satisfaction when it starts spinning.

I purchased the Teching V12 engine model from my friends at enginediy.com. As usual, their service was excellent and the kit of parts arrived on Christmas Eve. Building the model was an absolute pleasure. I now have nine Teching models, each one purchased from enginediy. I buy from enginediy because their service is friendly and dependable. All of the models were a pleasure to build and, as always, I was delighted with the quality of the product; mechanics, its finish and aesthetics. Of all nine models, I consider the V12 to be their best one yet. The V12’s kit was beautifully packaged, and all parts were easy to find. The detailed parts list at the end of the manual was very helpful (as with all Teching’s models). The instruction manual was excellent and complete. I only noticed two minor errors in the manual, but neither of these presented problems. If you love precision, if you love to build detailed models and you love mechanics, buy this model from enginediy.com. You will not regret it. Highly recommended.

I bought the DOC V-8. This was my first engine kit. I have started assembly and cannot adequately express the fun I am having. The kit parts fit perfectly and the unit is going to be in a word impressive. I have enjoyed this build so much that I am planning another purchase soon. I wish my grandchild lived closer so we could build together and I could educate him on the workings of a modern engine.

I ordered the sterling engine kit. It arrived in a timely manor. The pieces are well made and look great. It took me less than an hour to assemble…I took my time because I have never assembled an engine of this type. It comes with a few extra pieces of the small, clear backs used to hold the wheels or arms together…especially since I lost one under the couch.
I added the shipping insurance since it was not very expensive but I didn’t need to use it.
I wish some of the other engines came as kits.

I bought an item from enginediy which was shipped to me in France. The item was lost by my carrier, and enginediy quickly sent me a replacement. Excellent communication; it was perfect.

Not only am I very satisfied with the TurboFan Jet Engine model, but when I discovered one tiny gear was missing from the kit, I sent an email asking for the replacement part. Within a reasonable time I received the part and it was the perfect fit. Great model! Good service too!

Lucas is the exemplar of superior customer service. Despite what looked like excellent packing, our Low Energy Coffee Cup Stirling Engine arrived damaged. We emailed the company about it and Lucas jumped into action. He responded to our email immediately and quickly sent us a replacement. He was pleasant and professional throughout the entire experience. Thank you for going the extra mile, for us, Lucas. Oh...and we love the prioduct too! Works like a charm. :-) We would be very happy to do business with this company again.

Lucas was exceptionally responsive to my issues. This was my first experience in purchasing such a kit, but I daresay when this one is complete, I will buy another; in part because of the support I received on what could have been seen as a minor thing by many companies.
