I live in Anchorage Alaska, it is difficult gettinf battery operated items or batteries up here. No issues with this place, came quickly too. I purchased a 1/14 scale pinecone rc truck and love it.

I can't thank Alice and the Engine DIY team enough! My H75 arrived to me in the Northeast US with pretty significant shipping damage. Like the international flight didn't land, someone just threw the box out a window when they were close. I spun it over with my drill starter and crank internals seemed undamaged. I contacted Engine DIY and Alice replied very quickly. Alice andcthe team sent all the replacement parts I needed (brackets, ignition items and assorted screws) very quickly and kept me informed of the shipping details. Engine DIY obviously doesn't build the H75 or make the box for this so I'm sure these parts weren't in stock items with them, but they got it done! I've completed replacing everything and hoping to run soon. I'll update with my thoughts on the engine when I do, but I wanted to rate Engine DIY separately from the engine here with 10 plus stars!

It has been quite some time since I experienced the purchase of a top quality product and then follow up for minor defect was only a few days. Sorry to say that you always have a little trepidation when you press the order confirmation button from a Chinese seller, but I can't fault Enginediy. Excellent communication, the boiler I purchased was securely packaged, despatched promptly with great tracking. The boiler and fittings appear to be quality items representing good value for money, though as yet untested.

1 , communication was the best right off the bat 2, effort of helpfulness was 10/10 , 3 alternative thinking was outstanding 4 ,it feels like you have known them all your life. I would not even think of going somewhere else best service I have seen in a long time

I had an order I placed for a Cison V2 split up for delivery and some of the order did not show up and had a hard time with the final delivery company Uni uni I had to wait many hours on the phone with them but Lucas from enginediy resolved the problem and sent a replacement very quickly Thanks to Lucas!

I am delighted to say that the missing manifold part showed up at my doorstep yesterday. Amazing to think we model engone enthusists problems are not being ignored. I thank EngineDIY for the attention I recieved.

The engine arrived today, it was well packed. After topping up with 95 petrol and 2t oil at 1:25 , putting the batteries in, it took 4 kicks on the starter for the engine to come to life. Very easy to adjust the timing and it runs very well. It looks good and is well machined

These little engine models are the best thing to teach young ones how engines work. They are an exact replica just smaller. My kids loved building the v8 engine model with me!

Hello, I purchased a engine unit from a well known website for a good price. Little did know that there were no instructions with it. And I couldn't download load any instructions from the same site. I contacted enginediy. These guys not only listen to me, but sent me 50 pages of instructions on how to assemble my engine. And it happened within 8hrs. Of the initial contact. Enginediy you guys Rule!!!!! The well known website never did anything.

My Retrol Beam Engine kit arrived within a few days of ordering. The kit was well packed and complete as far as I could ascertain. My first impression was one of satisfaction at the high quality of all the individual components.

The assembly instructions were quite comprehensive although I was familiar with the engine's construction and operation as result of watching reports on YouTube programs.

All in all a very satisfying experience in constructing a beautiful model of this historic invention.
