Only a day in but so far amazing; service is super quick and helpful and the platform is so vast, it seems to encompass everything you could possibly need.

Customer supports is really fast and responsive!

I've found Engagebay to be wonderful. Having previously used a variety of email marketing and CRM services, Engagebay has almost everything that the dominant players do, but for a fraction of the cost. Any features is doesn't offer are of the once-in-a-blue-moon variety so I hardly miss them. But what really sets it apart is the support team. They are real life humans, are very responsive, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. That is not something I ever found with the bigger platforms! I would recommend Engagebay to anyone, but especially small to medium businesses seeking to set up standard processes and automations.

We have just started using Engage bay, moving from hubspot due to its increasing costs. We signed up and the layout looked good.

I received a call from their sales agent, up selling us from a monthly contract.

At this point I hadn't sent our first email and unfortunately i went ahead with the offered discounted price.

What I didn't realise is that there was a 100 email limit to begin with, the main problem is that i assumed when you sent your first email to all contacts it would just send 100 a day until the restriction had been lifted.

In reality you have to select 100 contacts at a time which is really time consuming and a really poorly design system. its hard to define who you have sent to and who you have not. There is no "do not send to" option.

I wish I had realised this before signing up - I have spoken to support vie chat. they have flippantly discarded my points on how difficult this process is, and have said no one has ever complained before!

So here we are with my complaint.. I'm really not happy with the long drawn out processes to be able to send a marketing email, and for the cost in my time I would have been better off staying with hubspot.

I have found Engagebay to be a relatively easy, intuitive CRM that does everything we need in our education business. What I really appreciate is the hands on support via the chat. Means I dont have to wait to move forward with my tasks.

Customer service is excellent — the team responds quickly and always provides accurate, helpful answers.

Their support is responsive and helpful, especially sorting through the teething problems of getting our email limits increased

I have been using Engagebay for a couple of years now. Not only does it offer SME's all they could need in a CRM, they are extremely responsive in their support. It's a hidden gem for small businesses. I looked at all the alternatives and Engagebay more than matched them all.

Wonderful customer service from the team, responsive and helpful. The platform is great and easy to use with wonderful functionality.

In some aspects, the platform is not very intuitive, but it has good support.

Disappointed with EngageBay's Performance and Support
I had high hopes for Engage Bay after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. While the platform offers a wide range of features on paper, the actual execution leaves much to be desired.
The user interface is Very Much difficult to Handle, making even simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Automation workflows are buggy and often fail without clear explanations, causing disruptions in our marketing campaigns.
Customer support has also been a major disappointment. Responses are delayed, and when they do arrive, they’re often unhelpful or generic. It’s seems like Bots are handling the chat.clear the support team is either overwhelmed or not well-versed in the platform's intricacies.
Overall, EngageBay may seem like a cost-effective solution for small businesses, but the lack of polish, reliability, and competent
