The lights I bought are great and did exactly what it said in the ad

Fitted new switch & paired with Wi-Fi. Set up on Google home, all worked 1st time, with careful adherence to instructions supplied.

Been speaking to Resh at their returns department. DHL apparently delivered my goods on the 13/1/21 but image uploaded isn't of my property or of anything as is out of focus. Despite advising Resh and providing him with all the details and advising I have CCTV at the front of my property to confirm no delivery was made or even attempted they have made no suggestion to resolving this almost it feels they believe the courier over their customer. All I keep being informed is that deleivery was successful on the 13/1.

Was sent one of their products as part of my new house insurance policy. product was a pain to configure as it can only access 2.4ghz wifi (which is so outdated) then when i finally installed it the chime just kept going off constantly so i had to unplug it. Contacted customer services who told me to send an email with details of fault and they would get back to me. No reply so i've just got rid and bought a Ring product instead as these just work. I guess it was free for a reason!

EDIT - The comments from Ener J are incorrect. It was a Tuesday weekday when I contacted them so the weekend isn't an excuse.

Got a free ener-j doorbell with house insurance. Nightmare to setup. When we finally got it working, the sensor was broken so we kept getting notifications to our phone saying someone was there when there wasn't. Contacted customer services and they said they couldn't send us a new one out untill they've troubleshooted this one. 3 weeks later been trying to get back to them and they don't answer phone nor reply to my emails. Gonna go get a ring doorbell now which I wish I had done from the start. Avoid.

Web site had a malfunction over the weekend I ordered item, took 4 payments out of my account without any confirmation of order. Had to reorder on the Monday, paid business charge of £8.00 for 2 day delivery by DHL, they attempted delivery on Thursday evening but failed to leave parcel even tho I had left instruction, to leave with neighbour, and they had only a week earlier, left a parcel by my back door.
In the defence of Ener-j customer service they rectified the monetary issue, but there carrier service for the price was poor

Always happy to use Ener-J for our wireless switching products keep up good work guys

Thought I understood most "tekky" gadgets but couldn't get these WiFi light switches to work and unable to get hold of anyone who could put matters right. Instructions not easy to follow and in the end gave up and fitted conventional switches. Rather a waste of money as they are now just sitting in a drawer doing nothing.

Customer after-care service not very good.
We have a few products and some work well, the Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker with Wifi has been a bad experience. Had it replaced by the retailer (not the manufacturer) 3 times, different issues each time, we thought we had found a good one but it only worked for 6 months then the bluetooth stopped working completely. Multiple emails to their support chasing up requests to resolve, I thought it unfair to make the retailer replace it again since they were paying for 2-way carriage each time, but Ener-J support seem to have only 1 person working there and he's obviously so over-worked he hasn't been able to respond to an email and 2 chase requests in a month. I'd have to think seriously before buying any more of their kit. Shame because the wifi plug sockets have worked very nicely for more than 2 years.

After multiple contacts which have been acknowledged regarding some issues with products, I have had no resolution or suggestion of a way forward.

Very disappointed.
