£150 worth of garbage! Poor design flaw.
£150 for a "Smart" LED/PIR/Security Camera that can't do it's basic job. Poor explanation that "the video feed needs a faster upload bandwidth to transmit video than your current ISP has".
No mention of this on their site or the product information pack of what the minimum upload speed is. Other similar products (Clever Dog / Ring) have absolutely no such limitations and work fine further from my router than this product is located.
Asked me to stand underneath the camera and run a speed-test to prove their point. Yet I could stand in the exact same spot and hold a HD Zoom Call, FB Messenger call or WhatsApp Vide call with no issues and crystal clear video.
Poor product with a major flaw that's not mentioned in pre-sale. I now have a £150 "dumb" PIR light that I could have spend £12 on at Toolstation for the same end result.

They seem to reply but they're not committed to returns. Couldn't logistically organise a pick up for my badly damaged item so I've sent it back myself. Just one person's bad experience so don't judge their service by my review alone.

fast delivery. delivered wrong product and they resent a correct one to me which is appreciated. however, email response is too slow, the issue was finally resolved via phone. Hopefully, the email response can be improved. I still like enerj smart products anyway

ENERJSMART Wireless video door bell
Product does what it says. Did not realise that I would need to keep charging it after only a few days. Also check the size as this one is larger than most similar products. Maybe worth spending a bit more if you are thinking of buying a video door bell.

Impressive Smart Heater
Hands down, a smart, elegant looking kit I have been reading about for some time.... Convinced I had to have one the order arrived super quick and trackable also attractive price point
Quite effective too and although I'm still playing around with the various possibilities within my autonomous vision, I already have a second one on its way in post, whilst currently watching YouTube videos, featuring some of the other cool, smart kit on this website, like those warm to cool white dimmable LEDs,.
