I will be the first to admit i was a little sceptical about using Enchanted Furnishings due to the lack of recent reviews and activity on their page. I bit the bullet and placed an order for one of their sales items (Rattan corner sofa with matching coffee table and stools) I was told it would be delivered a week later a given a time slot of between 12.30-1.
My set arrived on time and and i could not be happier, its great and much nicer than any i had seen in the shops! There was a slight hiccup in my order/delivery but honestly could not fault the customer service and both Heidi and the delivery driver (sorry i did not get his name) went above and beyond to sort everything out and were super fast to reply to all messages. I truly am happy with my new set , its just what i wanted and i love it. ( picture below of set still in wrapping as in the middle of a garden reno)

Brilliant experience from start to end. Answered all the questions I had straight away. Delivery turned up on the day as promised and the quality of the furniture it great. Very happy. Would buy from these guys again and recommend them! Thank you x

The furniture has massively exceeded my expectations, its so beautiful and super comfy! Heidi was very reassuring with my worries of ordering off of social media and kept us updated with unfortunate delivery delays.

Excellent furniture at a very good price

Happy with the service provided from beginning to end. Heidi was super helpful and answered all of my questions really quickly. I loved all the furniture but settled on the grey sofa/armchair/coffee table set which is now set up in the garden. Quality is fabulous and it really does look great. Delivery was really efficient and the delivery driver really friendly. The internet is inundated with companies offering similar furniture and it can be hard to know which to go with. Order from Enchanted Furnishings and you’ll not be disappointed.

We’d been looking for garden furniture for a while but didn’t want to pay crazy prices the garden centres charge. My partner saw an ad on Facebook for Enchanted Furnishings. We went to view at the farm shop, called and purchased same day and had delivered that week. Great quality & fair pricing, all staff we encountered were lovely and helpful - would recommend!

Heidi was great in managing my expectations as I had lots of questions about the furniture and quality, With so many cheap imports I was really quite sceptical. I have nothing to fear product is great. Service was fantastic and they went beyond to help wherever they could.

Fantastic product helpful polite communication

Rang up to enquire about furniture on the Friday and it was delivered Sunday tea time. The lady on the phone was really helpful, answering questions about the furniture, delivery and payment. She also updated us about delivery on the day. The guys who delivered were helpful and polite.
