Everything was super cute! Our photographer Cara worked so well with my children she was super sweet and moves fast. They give the kids lollipops at the end of the shoot. 10/10 I will be booking again with my kiddos

Our session at Enchanted Fairies was truly magical because of our wonderful photographer Amanda Juarez. She was incredibly engaged with the children, capturing their attention and making them feel like the stars of the show.
Her focus on every small detail ensured each shot looked perfect while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. This experience created beautiful memories that the kids will cherish for a long time. It was a special day that exceeded all our expectations!!! I highly recommend this experience for all kids!

This place is a scam. They sent us a "you won a free photo shoot" message on Instagram. Then we came for a shot. Then they made us wait two weeks for a "zoom with your agent" where they show you slides of the pictures and tell you that only the photo session itself was free, and you still have to pay extra for the photos. Then they tell you there minimum price is $200 per each digital photo (it was very hard to pay such an unreasonably high price per picture, but kids are already emotionally invested - these guys know what they are doing!), and after that they sent those digital photos in a resolution of 800×680 pixels. This is a resolution smaller in quality than the screen of any modern smartphone! Want full resolution? Pay more!” oh. And they also sent you small useless 8x10 cardboard prints as if it would compensate for anything...
Don't repeat my mistake and don't go there.

The photoshoot with both of my girls was genuinely enjoyable, and the photographer did a lovely job. However, I want to warn others that this place operates like a massive marketing scheme. Do NOT purchase any add-ons when booking—those are already included with the session.

The pricing at the end was shocking. They quoted $7,000 for the “best” digital package and $400 for just two digital images. It feels incredibly deceptive, and I’m disappointed that the business chooses to operate this way. I couldn’t personally feel good charging families those kinds of prices.

My partner and I have a local photographer we normally use who is amazing and charges fair, reasonable rates. The so-called “fine art” here is nothing extraordinary—honestly, AI could produce comparable results. Overall, it was a huge waste of time and money.

Independent photographers who partnered with Enchanted Fairies have spoken out about chaotic scheduling, unfulfilled appointments, and families showing up to studios only to find costumes and props removed without notice. This has damaged reputations of local studios and left parents heartbroken.

The company has faced lawsuits, Better Business Bureau complaints, and mounting public backlash. What began as a whimsical concept has devolved into a business model many describe as exploitative and predatory.

We had our photos taken and the experience was beautiful however we did our reveal, and I am quite disappointed in their pricing. They are outrageously overpriced. I wanted just the digitals for the 30 pictures I loved and that would of cost my practically $10,000. Very disappointing in that aspect.

My daughter was 8 years old at the time, I paid $25.00 & I went to the studio in Wyncote, PA to take pictures. When the lady got on the computer we looked at all the pictures when she told us the price of the pictures, I did not purchase any because they should of been honest of all the prices. If they had been honest, I would not take no pictures with them at all. The lady she kept saying we are not a photography studio. She was talking trash about other studios & I did not like that. This was very unprofessional. These pictures was thousands of dollars. Yes they take financing Affirm & others. At the studio they should of gave us the real prices. The $25.00 that I paid went to some charity. It should of went towards the pictures. I will never take none of my other children or grandkids here to take pictures. I already told all my co-workers. Please go somewhere else to take pictures. These pictures are not worth thousands of dollars.

The concept is a great idea, but not for the price. The lowest price is $2,500 for a package that includes 7 digital photos and a so-called "wallk photo" that isn't hand-painted. The prices range from $15,000 to $2500 and none of them include a hand-painted canvas (except the $15K package). They were very nice, and I didn't have any issues with scheduling or rescheduling. Although I had to reschedule the photoshoot because they canceled on me, they were polite about it.

What I did not like was how they concealed all the prices from you until you had your session. Then, if you move forward with selecting a package, you are asked to sign a contract that says payment cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. This is so you cannot get your money back even if you have second thoughts about your decision.

If you are an honest company, you should give purchasers the option to cancel if they have second thoughts; not everyone can afford the prices.

The staff were unethical and rude!! We were treated terribly saying we were late for our appointment when they were the ones who misheard and made a mistake! This one persona was specially disrespectful asking me to calm down when he ignored me the entire time!

The shoot went great. The disaster started afterward. This has been by far the most unprofessional company I can remember dealing with. After the photoshoot you are scheduled for a zoom call to review the photos. Once you set that appointment you get reminders that if you cancel it you will forfeit any offers. The morning of our zoom call just an hour before its scheduled time, they canceled without explanation. Now they expect us to wait another 4-6 weeks to be rescheduled with no guarantees that they won’t do this again. I would not recommend. Currently working with Amex to cancel payment for our photoshoot since this was a waste of everyone’s time
