It was coordinated very well, we received information in timely manner. Our host helped us to select outfits for kids, everything from backdrop to props were all very well thought of and fairy like. It made my kids feel very special, I don’t know why i didn’t do this before when they were very young. I’m looking forward for our meeting on photo preview next.

Madison did a wonderful job… she was very patient and cool I love her. She made my experience great !!!!

It was the best day ever and it was so nice and warming and clean and the dress was so beautiful thank goodness it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Maddison is the best.

It was a fun experience and my granddaughter enjoyed it very much. The photographer was very patient with my busy two and a half year old grandson.

My kids loved the experience and the photos turned out great. My little one gets stranger danger and the photographer was patient and worked really well with her!

Took my 5 yr old for her photo shoot and she was so happy to be there. Her smile said it all . Staff was so professional and very sweet to my daughter. Highly recommend for a unforgettable experience and memories for both your child and yourself

The lady was great very nice and I could tell she was really trying to work with the girls especially the baby that was kind of scared about the process. It was her first photo shoot lol
Unfortunately, until I see the pictures, I hope she was able to bring out some good ones the girls, beautiful smiles. I know it was hard to do with the little one.
I don’t know what happened. I thought I was signed up to take pictures with them as well so that was a little sad but at least still have some for them. Thank you.

My daughters and I loved the whole experience. We mistakenly were a week early, but she was willing to help and to do a great job of photographing my girls. knowing that we had taken a long trip for this experience. absolutely loved every bit of it!!

My daughter has autism and they were so great with her! My 4 year old was also in and i love how confident they made her feel! I recommend everyone to go visit the mesa location me get their photos taken

My daughter and I had a beyond amazing time! Our photographer, Katelyn, was so nice, helpful, patient, and kind. She made sure our dresses were on perfect, and was so patient with my 2 year old. Heather was super sweet and flexible and understanding of our baby’s needs during the photo session. She was so patient and we really enjoyed our time with her and she explained everything thoroughly.

This was the most amazing experience! I was waiting for months to do this with my niece! It was for her 3rd birthday! Both of your employees were awesome and so personable! I know that one said she was training but you could barely tell unless she was helping with camera instructions, but otherwise it was incredibly comfortable and fun! My niece was so happy and enjoyed it more than you know! We will be back. I definitely commend the 2 who were there, they both were incredible & made it look effortless so please give them 20 ⭐️⭐️

Everywhere I saw Enchanted Fairies advertised online, the ads made it seem like it is this “magical” experience for kids. Our experience fell short of that. The staff member/photographer did not make our experience memorable at all. It seemed rushed and they did not connect with my children at all. They seemed inexperienced of working with children and almost timid or unknowledgeable.

Our photographer Jenn was very sweet and patient with our group especially since we had a 17 month old with us. She made the whole experience great from the time we arrived till the time we left. Us adults had fun and my granddaughter had a really good time. Thank you Jenn!
