I went with my friend. We are both over 50. We had no idea what to expect. OMG! One of the most fun experiences! We were dressed in beautiful gowns. You get a choice of headpieces. Jess, our photographer, was fantastic! She gave great directions on how to pose for the pictures. We were given different props to use. She even put fairy wings on us! You are never too old to be a fairy! You are never to old to have fun. Enjoy the moments. This is definitely a great one!

We had our session last Saturday. Our photographer was good. My issues are with the administrative side. When I booked I booked for two children and 2 adults, but somehow that was a one hour session-honestly who cares? Your policy should have allowed four to sit while keeping the session to 60 minutes because what actually transpired was not the photo session that’s going to produce the photos that we are interested in purchasing. We were not allowed to “add” adults when we arrived, even though I noted two adults would be added when I booked. My children have some higher medical needs and barely survived the one hour. Please rebook us for a 30-45 minute session during which our family of four will be allowed to “sit”. We are so far from interested in a 2 hour session, due to the pediatric medical limitations, and frankly extremely frustrated that we will have to book and sit all over again for exactly what we requested in the first place. The window may have already closed on everyone’s willingness to participate as intended.

We really enjoyed our photo session. It really was a magical experience. The photographer was amazing!

The photographer was very friendly at the Aurora, IL location! Her instructions were clear and concise, and she was patient with my daughter and me. My child was overwhelmed by the dress at first, but the photographer allowed her to play a bit while she set up the shoot. That alone helped her calm down and ground herself. She worked wonders on set and was able to get my baby to smile, which is usually a challenge but she made it happen! I can’t get the image out of my head when she brought out the unicorn. “Look, a horse. Do you see the horse? Say hello!” My baby girl in response, “Aaaw, aaaw” with the happiest look on her face while petting the unicorn. I think we missed that shot, but the moment alone melted my heart.
She fed the frog, placed diamonds in a lantern, held a magic ball, and pet a unicorn.
My baby girl was a little confused and overwhelmed at first, but the photographer made her feel safe and allowed her to look and touch things with curiosity…Rather than pushing hard to get something to work.
To add, I love that the camera is set in front of a stool so that baby could keep her eyes on me and know that she was face.
I haven’t done the photo reveal yet, but I was able to watch all of the photos on the camera as they were taken.
10/10 This was a wonderful experience!

The experience itself was magical and my three year old granddaughter loved it. The photographer was amazing! What Wasn't amazing is how they want $975 for a 16x20 and 15K for one of their packages. I don't know who has $1-15K for photos, but it isn't us. Secondly, they apply the pay us before you see the pics and we will give you a discount, but it's only good until the appt when we actually tell you what the real cost is. Felt like the scam of timeshares.

I was a little worried that my kids (ages 3 and 6) wouldn’t “get it” or be into it, but they were super stoked to be the stars of their own shoot, and were so immersed in the fantasy aspect. Our photographer kept them engaged and entertained and smiling and laughing the whole time.

This experience was amazing, my daughter enjoyed it so much. The photographer was so kind, and friendly, and worked so well with my little princess. 100/10 would recommend this for any parent!

My granddaughter came in shy but the photographer knew exactly what to do to make her light up, and the pictures were so beautiful. The lady who we met in the zoom session was great, thorough, kind, courteous and compassionate, she went above and beyond to help us make our pictures memorable and we are very grateful.

What a wonderful experience!!! My 10yo was hesitate in the beginning but Sophie has such an infectious personality that she was able to put us both at ease.

Enchanted Fairies was an excellent experience from start to finish. The photographer was really sweet and great with kids and our premier was nice as well. No high pressure sales and he helped us pick which photos we really loved. I will definitely do it again. Photos are pricey but no obligation to buy. Advice: when you book your session, upgrade your free gift, thank me later.

Our experience was great!! The entire staff working that day was very courteous and welcoming! Chris was Our photographer and he did a phenomenal job. One of our little one's was not having a great day and he was patient and still managed to get some good shots. I highly recommend booking a session with them.

Our photographer, Jerry, was wonderful. He was professional and worked so well with my girls. He made it fun and engaging for the whole family!

My daughter said her dreams came true today. It was truely a magical experience for the girls and seeing how the photographer interacted with them creating such fun/ beautiful photos i can hardly wait to see the finished products

It was a beautiful experience- looking at my daughter getting wings to fly and turning into a fairy- brought tears in eyes. The joy and sparkle I saw in her eyes made me so emotional. Loved Natalia who treated my daughter so well, super sweet. Thank you Enchanted Fairies for doing what you do and helping parents create a memory for lifetime.

My daughter has autism and not once did she get upset I loved it she loved it 🥰

The photographer was warm and friendly and was very good with the kids and she just made it a very pleasant experience for me and my husband and are two babies definitely will come back
