Payment for completed orders is issued in strict compliance with our Partner Agreement: https://fleet.intui.travel/en/fleet-agreement-en/
A common reason for a delayed payment is that the account balance has not met the minimum payout threshold of 70 EUR, as stipulated in Section 24 of our Agreement. In this case, the payment is rolled over to the next settlement period.
To investigate your specific case and provide a precise answer, please send your partner account ID or the order numbers for which you haven't received payment to supply@intui.travel. Our team will promptly check your balance and payment history and get back to you with detailed information.

Niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, wel geld kwijt
Bij aankomst op het vliegveld van Curaçao stond er helemaal niemand te wachten op de afgesproken tijd en plek, terwijl de transfer wel ruim van tevoren geboekt en betaald was. Na een lange reis wil je gewoon zonder gedoe opgehaald worden, maar dat was dus niet het geval. Opvallend genoeg incasseren ze de reserveringskosten wel heel graag, maar service leveren ho maar. Voor mij nooit meer een transfer via dit bedrijf.

Super zuverlässig
Mein Flieger landete sehr spät in der Nacht in Antalya. Der Transfer wartete schon mit dem Namensschild genau dort, wo es angekündigt wurde. Ich habe per WhatsApp die genaue Beschreibung und Bilder bekommen. Alles war wunderbar zuverlässig organisiert. Der Fahrer war sehr höflich und hat mich direkt zur Hoteltür gebracht. Ich werde den Service auch beim Rückflug benutzen.

был заказан трансфер из отеля в аэропорт, трансфер не приехал, пришлось экстренно заказывать очень дорогой трансфер в другом агентстве, в результате чуть не опоздали на самолет, компенсации за нервотрепку не получил.

Booked an airport transfer 2 weeks before arrival- it was then cancelled the day before arrival and I was told it would take 3-5 days for the refund. It has been 2 months of me trying to receive this refund, and I keep being told by them that the matter is ‘out of their hands’. ??? Whose hands is it in then??? Ridiculous. Do not recommend

As noted in our earlier email to you, all payments and refunds are processed by independent payment processing centers. This is outside of our technical scope, and Intui does not have access to customers’ card details.
We processed your refund for the cancelled order in accordance with the Terms & Conditions on our website.
Following your inquiry, we investigated the matter with the payment system and received confirmation that the delay is due to a technical issue on the side of the processing center and their banking partner. They have confirmed they are working on a solution.
We remain in direct contact with you and have been providing all updates as we receive them. We will notify you immediately once the refund is completed.
