Great service at the reasonable price
Great service at the reasonable price. Considering in Turkey there is a habit of Turkish and some international companies charge you for something with no reason and set the price of $5 for small bttle of water, this company does the good think and price reasonably

Второй раз уже заказываю трансфер на данном сайте. Оплачиваю полностью сразу в рублях, что очень удобно. Всем кому не рассказывала о заказе на сайте, удивляются низким ценам, у нас вышло примерно 44$ от Анталии до Кемера и так же обратно, в то время как везде цены от 55$ и выше/
Буду пользоваться еще и рекомендовать всем.

We have checked the details of your order.
Please note that the service date (27.07.2025) for this booking has not yet occurred. At the moment, the booking remains active and confirmed with the transport company.
As per the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking, a refund is only possible if the order is cancelled by the client within the free cancellation period. We have not received any cancellation request from you in accordance with these rules.
If your flight has been cancelled, we kindly ask you to cancel the booking yourself via your Personal Account on the Intui website to receive a refund (if the free cancellation window is still valid).
Alternatively, you may contact our support team at support@intui.travel for assistance.

Intui fights over €5.27 while ignoring good-faith customers — disgraceful behavior!
booked an airport transfer through Intui and was charged twice (€5.27 each) via PayPal — but received no confirmation for either. I tried over 10 times to reset my password and access my account, but never received any reset emails.
Assuming the bookings had failed, I had no choice but to make a third payment using a new email, just to secure the service. That third booking confirmed immediately — proving their system had failed on the earlier ones.
I contacted support immediately after the issue, only to be met with:
• Long delays between responses
• Repetitive, copy-paste replies
• A refusal to assist over the phone
• A demand for cancellation fees even though their own system caused the problem
Despite providing full payment, full explanation, and following every instruction, they are now delaying the transfer of my bookings so I can cancel them, while the free cancellation period runs out — and they say I’ll be charged unless I cancel in time.
This has been an exhausting and avoidable mess, and I’ve now had to escalate to PayPal disputes. Absolutely would not recommend this company for anything time-sensitive. Completely unprofessional.
Response to Intui's reply:
Anyone can see you are being completely unreasonable and hiding behind terms and conditions instead of fixing your mistake.
I replied at least three times asking you to transfer the bookings to Gmail so I could cancel them. You failed to act on this and then claimed the matter would now only be handled via PayPal.
Since I was locked out of my account due to your password reset failures, it would have been reasonable and expected for you to cancel the duplicate bookings on my behalf. Instead, you’ve chosen to fight over €5.27, while I acted in good faith from the start.
No reasonable customer would make three bookings for the same service unless your system failed. This isn’t customer service — it’s a complete lack of accountability. I’ve escalated to PayPal with full evidence.

By booking and paying for the transfer on the Intui website, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement: https://en.intui.travel/terms-and-conditions
We have reviewed your case.
At the moment of your first contact with Intui support, both of your initial bookings were already paid by you and confirmed by the transport companies.
The vouchers and confirmations were automatically sent to the email address provided in the bookings. Since you did not receive the confirmations and were unable to reset the password to your personal account, this indicates that your email provider may have restrictions on receiving messages from Intui.
As you could not access your account, you requested cancellation of these bookings. We explained that, according to clause 4.2.1 of the User Agreement:
"Cancellation/calling off the order should be made by the client himself in your Personal Account any time before the date of the first (or the only) segment of transfer. There is no payment for canceling an order in your personal account."
We also offered to link your bookings to your Gmail address (which you used for the third confirmed booking) so that you could access your account and cancel the orders yourself without any additional fees. We did not receive any reply to this proposal and instead received a repeated request for cancellation from our side.
In this regard, we informed you about the option outlined in clause 4.2.4 of the User Agreement:
"Cancellation of an order at the initiative of the client through the Intui support service is possible only upon the client's written request to email support@intui.travel. In this case, an amount of 10 EUR will be withheld and the refund amount will be reduced accordingly."
We therefore repeated our proposal to re-link your bookings to the Gmail address to avoid the cancellation fee, but again received no response.
We regret that this technical issue with email delivery caused confusion, but our platform has acted strictly in line with the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking.

Couldn’t you tell us what exact difficulty you encountered while paying for your reservation, so we can fix that issue?
Our first guess is that it happened when too many customers were trying to pay for their Intui transfers at the same time. A payment gateway can become overwhelmed when it receives a high volume of transaction requests simultaneously. This can lead to timeouts and delays in processing.

Значит так. Заказал трансфер из аэропорта Анталии до Алании. Через фирму Itui Travel. Перевозчиком выступает местная компания Bizim transfer. Микроавтобус с кондиционером. Стоит 1400 рублей. То есть 15 евро. На такси то же самое уже 140 евро. Почувствуйте разницу.
В ваучере написано. Водитель вас встречает. Ехать 1 час 15 минут. Вода бесплатно. Высадка в центре Алании.
Очередное кидалово. Никто не встречает. Полчаса бегаешь с чемоданами. Весь в поту. Орёшь, как ненормальный – Бизим трансфер! Бизим трансфер! – Один машет - Туда! Другой - Туда! Остальные естественно смотрят, как на идиота. Наконец докричался, какой-то юноша сжалился, подвел меня к прилавочку, мимо которого я уже два раза проносился. Ура! Я нашел Бизим трансфер. Сказали - Ждите, Вы один, а надо много.
- Сколько ждать.
- Пока пассажиры не накопятся.
Через час нас было уже четверо.
Подошёл водитель. Главный сказал, - Ладно, забирай этих четверых и пердоль в Аланию.
Все радостно ломанулись за шофёром. Я понимал, что такого не может быть, чтобы турки погнали микроавтобус себе в убыток. Но тоже весело, вприпрыжку скакал с чемоданом и тремя бутылками виски за водителем.
Как всегда я снова оказался прав. Сначала автобус ездил вокруг аэропорта собирал людей, даже вернулся назад, чтобы забрать ещё двух человек, ну а потом мы покатились в сторону Алании. Воды никакой нет. Водитель развозит туристов по отелям. Едем уже 2.20. Если он меня высадит в центре города, это будет шикарный финальный аккорд. Мне ещё пешком тащится полчаса. Пока едем. Судя по карте ещё час. Нас осталось 6 человек.
Нет, я всё понимаю, вы хотите заработать, так зарабатывайте. Но врать то зачем? Пишите правду.
Никто вас не встречает, сами ищите прилавочек среди сотни других, с невзрачной надписью Bizim transfer. Не найдёте, звоните по телефону из ваучера, если сможете, симки то местной у вас все равно нет. Ехать долго, 3 с половиной часа. Всех развозим. Воду берите свою.
Я всё равно поеду, но я буду знать на что я подписался и чего мне ждать. Неужели это так трудно?

По результатам проверки вашего бронирования INT-3435459 сообщаем, что вами была оформлена услуга группового трансфера - шаттл.
Данный формат трансфера имеет ряд особенностей, которые отличают его от индивидуального.
В частности:
Услуга не включает встречу с табличкой. Как указано в вашем ваучере, посадка осуществляется у стойки перевозчика в аэропорту.
Отправление трансфера осуществляется по расписанию или по мере формирования группы пассажиров (как правило, в течение 30–60 минут).
Продолжительность поездки может варьироваться в зависимости от количества пассажиров и точек высадки.
Также обращаем внимание, что информация о порядке встречи, условиях трансфера и его формате была предоставлена до бронирования и продублирована в подтверждении (ваучере), направленном на e-mail.
Нам искренне жаль, что формат трансфера не оправдал ваших ожиданий.
В дальнейшем, приоритетность комфорта, скорости или персонализированного сервиса может быть достигнута путём выбора индивидуального трансфера, который позволяет избежать ожиданий и дополнительных остановок.

У нас была задержка рейса на 2 часа, но водитель ждал нас на выходе из аэропорта. На стоянке машин мы сели в микроавтобус и в течение часа оказались в нашем отеле. Поездка прошла отлично! Нам всё понравилось. Большое спасибо за предоставленную услугу!

By booking and paying for the transfer on the Intui website, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement: https://en.intui.travel/terms-and-conditions
We have carefully reviewed your booking INT-3414699.
The flight OS9037 was delayed by 2.5 hours and landed at 23:01.
As per the voucher, in case of changes, it is necessary to update the order and coordinate new conditions directly with the transfer provider via the contacts provided.
You attempted to make changes, but the provider did not accept them — as you were informed.
According to clause 4.1.1 of the Agreement:
“The Transport Company has the right to reject proposed changes. If changes are declined, the client may either leave the booking ‘as is’ or cancel it.”
You did not cancel the order, so it remained active under the original conditions.
Your booking included the additional service: “If your flight is delayed, we will wait with no extra charge.”
The provider confirmed that the driver waited until 00:30, exceeding the included wait time, and attempted to contact you via Viber and WhatsApp. No response was received.
According to clause 8.4 of the Agreement, if the client does not cancel the order and does not show up, the service is considered provided and is non-refundable.
Therefore, the booking was marked as a no-show.
No violations were found on the part of the provider or Intui.
The case has been closed in favor of the supplier.

Индивидуальный трансфер в Турции
Заказывали индивидуальный трансфер когда были в отпуске в Турции, через сервис intuit. От отеля в Махмутларе до аэропорта Анталии.
На сайте не правильно указали время вылета, потому что нигде нет информации о том, что указать нужно время вылета рейса самолета, а не наше желаемое время выезда из отеля.
После с сообщения от перевозчика о времени подачи трансфера, мы поняли что ошиблись с временем и написали в поддержку с просьбой изменить время. Служба поддержки смогла найти нам другую машину, почти в то же время, когда нам было нужно. За это им огромное спасибо. Вопрос решили в течении 2 х часов.

passeword reset
I needed to reset my passeord but it did nor work, even after many tries and 2 request.
Very prompte response from intui.travel and all needed information for reseting my password was given.
I could do it with no trouble after that.

Awful company, scammers and cheeky as they let me down few hours before having to pick me up at the airport and they didn’t return me my whole money afterwards!! Avoid them as unreliable and pathological liars!!

Lost in Madina
Traveling with a baby. We traveled and feld safe in the taxi. But the place of the drop off was little far from our rhiad, because of narrow street. We were lost a little before finding the rhiad, and tired with thé baby and two suitcase. A smarter point of drop off would have been better, as the driver has the adress and surely now the aera of narrow street. A map of narrow street, and limit point of drop, would be usefull.
