Missing item
Love the products but had a missing product from my delivery and no notification of this. Flagged to customer service who said it was now out of stock, with no apology or offer of alternative. It was very frustrating as I was buying housewarming gifts and left with no time to find a replacement .

Lovely small personalised mug ordered, delivered in good time 👍 Great quality the only thing I would change a little is the price as it's a little bit expensive for the size mug. But it is really perfect as was a gift for my wife. I should have ordered the large mug. Also I wouldn't have a default mug size set to small when placing an order as some people might order small instead of large half pint mug by accident (me) make it so you have to select a mug size or the order won't go through 👍
