Made a mistake at their warehouse meaning they didn't have an item in stock. Emailed and admitted their mistake and refunded promptly. Other than that good experience.

Poor customer service
I ordered items from you on 5.7.26 for a friend's birthday on 12.7.26. Today is 20.7.26 and the items have still not been delivered to my friend via Evri.
Two calls have been made to yourselves last week and today and there is still no resolution to this issue, although I've been told its being investigated. There seems to be no urgency by your team to find a way to resolving this matter.
To be honest this whole experience has been very upsetting as we attended my friend's dad's funeral on 17.07.26, and I was hoping that the receipt of these items would cheer her a little as she loves Emma Bridgewater and has many of your items in her house. I do not think I will be ordering from you in the future, due to this poor experience.

Lovely teapot
Goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Teapot is a delight to use and pours well. The matching mug just makes having a tea feel a little bit special.

Lovely website to use with a great…
Lovely website to use with a great selection of products. Easy to order and a quality item. The only downside is the packaging. There was no bubble wrap, just some stiff paper around the mug and then in a cardboard box. The box had been knocked and I was surprised that the mug wasn't damaged, just lucky really! I would definitely recommend better packaging for the future!

Sloppy personalisation and print.
On this occasion, I was let down.
Ordered mugs and both resembled their seconds.
Sloppy printing and the quality just isn’t there anymore.
I emailed and didn’t even receive a reply.

Missing item
Love the products but had a missing product from my delivery and no notification of this. Flagged to customer service who said it was now out of stock, with no apology or offer of alternative. It was very frustrating as I was buying housewarming gifts and left with no time to find a replacement .
