Agreeing with others that I was incredibly disappointed with this cheap, poorly constructed, tiny, awful book with zero instructions, which I also found out later was stolen from Under the Garden Moon.
The shipping is untrackable. The companies emails bounce. And you get no confirmation

100% scam

As others have said, it’s a cheap imitation of an Amy McClellan product. The book is very small, comes with no instructions, & you’d have to cut the pages in order to use it.
Definitely not worth what I paid for it.
I’ve asked for a full refund & have had email correspondence with Jenny who started off offering a 30% refund & I could keep it, stating that I would have to return it to their Italian address & pay the postage if I wanted to return it.
I replied that I did want to return it for a full refund & she then offered a 50% refund without the need to return it. I still insisted on returning it as it wouldn’t cost me as much as 50% of the item cost to do so. I’m waiting on her reply. I doubt the Italian address is even going to be genuine, but will be interested in seeing what the reply will be. I’ll probably end up having to claim through my credit card company after all. Avoid this website.

Update:- after emails going back & forth, they offered a 70% refund, & I didn’t have to return it, which I accepted. I’ve recently received the money back onto my credit card.

To begin: Packaging was nothing like advertised, more like just a piece of plastic wrapped around the book & packaging tape wound round ample times - no boxing as shown in picture;
Cheaply made, pages are doubled over fabric which means you’ll stitch into the back page;
No proper stitch instructions for beginners to learn from
No, I would certainly not recommend this particular kit

Pretty much SAME to every thing everyone’s written. I wondered what that name was and now I’m shook that it’s blatantly a stolen product.
I’m guessing by the Dec reviews this was the first time they did this or started it to make quick Christmas money. It’s incredible how dishonest they are and it’s allowed on Instagram.

Ordered q sets and 2 thimble for presents for Christmas. Delivery was from a Chinese delivery. Never made it to my house pictures show 3 different views of a house that is not mine and not in my neighborhood. I wrote them Jenny said she understood my frustration but I should check the area since it was delivered. I repeated that that home in pictures is not a home in my area and definitely not my home. Still have no additional response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS A.TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY SHOW YOU A PICTURE OF A HOME NOT EVEN IN YOUR AREA OR YOUR HOME .AND SAY WE HAVE PICTURES IT WAS DELIVERED. WHAT A JOKE

Ordered from this site before realizing they were a knock off. Its almost new years, and I have YET to recieve my item...requesting a refund as I type this. DO NOT order from this site

While not a complete scam, the product is a low-effort knock-off of the actual product made by IG: @underthegardenmoon

I wholeheartedly recommend you walk away from Embroom and their products. It does not come with instructions on how to stitch. When you email their support team asking for the instructions, an automated response will send you two PDF documents that are completely unhelpful. One of those PDFs almost looks like it is instructions on how to pirate the product.

Refunds include you posting the product back to them (likely in China) at your own expense.

My opinion - DO NOT purchase this product. Basically a scam.

Ordered my book as a present for girlfriend, on the 2nd week of December, it was supposed to be here the 20th. It still hasn’t showed up, it’s the day after Christmas. Then I checked the tracking today, says it was delivered to my front door. It’s not at my door or in my mailbox. The tracking site said click here to see proof of drop off *supposed to be a picture of the package at your door* and they left a completely black picture. Total waste of money. Didn’t even get the product. Plus on this website everyone says it’s a scam anyways.

When I receiced this embroidery book for Christmas I wanted to find instructions for the stitches, and I noticed "Amy McClellan 2021" printed on the back. I looked her up and found her website Under the Garden Moon. The designs in Embroom's book are not only printed poorly on small pages, they are all stolen from Amy McClellan at Under the Garden Moon. To me the fact that every design aspect of this book has been stolen from someone else is even worse than the poor quality of the book. This company should be forced to quit selling stolen designs.

Absolute rubbish. The book is nothing like the advert and you get a cheap sewing kit which is ordinary thread and not embroidery thread. Companies shouldn’t be able to advertise like this.

ordered on Dec 6th still not here for Christmas. sent three emails to the company and they don’t reply.

This is a counterfeit product and not the original. The book is miniature with extremely poor print quality, making it almost impossible to read anything. The original product comes with clear instructions on what to do and how to use it, while this one includes nothing.
In short, it’s a fake that should be avoided. The only truthful thing is the list of items included in the package, but the quality is terrible.

Bought the 12th still not here 12 days later. Priced more than $10 more than anywhere else not sure if this is even a legit place at this point.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Ordered an embroidery kit. The book was so badly printed you can't read the stitch names or see where to stitch. It was so badly bound the printing goes right up to the margin. It is unusable. I emailed them to complain and they apologised and said it wasn't up to their usual standards. They offered a 50% refund. I said it remained unusable even if it was cheaper and asked for a replacement. They said they would organise that. Still waiting. Asked for a refund. Still waiting. Have now lodged a transaction dispute with my credit card company.

Edited 7 January: "Jenny" in their "customer service" department has now offered me a 20% refund to keep the defective product as it will apparently cost me too much to return it to their Italian address, where it has to go because that's where most of their customers are. Or, she said I can order something else from their website. I said I have no trust in the company and there is nothing I want apart from a full refund or a proper replacement. They finally sent me tracking details for a replacement, but guess what, it was delivered to an address in New York. I live in Melbourne. My credit card company said I can't lodge a transaction dispute until I have returned the item. I have asked Jenny, again, for the return address. I don't expect to ever receive it.

Il tessuto è di bassa qualità, tutto sintetico. Inoltre mancano totalmente le istruzioni per ricamare e non c’è traccia dell’E-book. Ho scritto diverse volte al supporto e ho solo ricevuto delle istruzioni su come tagliare le pagine.

Just absolute scam.
Supposed to be delivered in 4 days but still shipping almost a month after from China (wich was not indicated anywhere).
Website full of emergency messages like "almost out of stock" but a quick research shows that it is some poor quality dropshipping trash sold for 5x the price you can buy it on other shameless chinese marketplace.. disgusted.

I ordered on December 6th, 2025. As of 12/20/2025, the package is still sitting in China. I did not realize the product was coming directly from China until after I ordered it. It seems like a unique gift but I'm sure I will be disappointed in the quality and size of the stitch book.

Beware! Ordered a product from their Facebook ad for my dad's girlfriend. My order sat untouched for over 10 days. It was going to arrive too late before I left for Christmas so I asked for cancelation several times. **NOTE: customer service email is a throw-away address, through outlook.com.** so, no response. I finally got a response today, 14 days later, stating "sorry, since it shipped, we cannot cancel." I asked for a return authorization... crickets.. BEWARE! THERE ARE BETTER MORE REPUTABLE PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET
