DITTO to B. Addison complaint of 10/14/26
I don't have to say anything more or different than B. Addison's review of 10/14/26. I had the EXACT experience, right down to the exact penny I spent with this fraudulent scamming Chinese operation. I will add that my attempts at resolution through PayPal--a dispute resolution service PayPal proactively offers--was a total kangaroo court, where I wasn't even given an opportunity to view Erbloom's response to my exhaustive complaint that included pictures, website screenshots, and prior communication, etc., and I never will be convinced Erbloom was any more honest with PayPal than they were with me. The merchandise was inferior, and not anything close to what was advertised; in fact, I ordered four of the exact same item advertised and instead received two of one style and two of another, none of which even slightly resembled the advertised item. Erbloom's website lists a company address in Sheridan, Wyoming. This address is a phony front, nothing more than a mailbox of sorts to, I imagine, merely establish some kind of US business integrity, and which you're not even allowed to use as an address to return the faulty merchandise, you are requried to ship it back to China, which, according to USPS, is a minimum cost of $49.75. I plan to contact Wyoming Consumer Affairs as well.
