This is a fake website that scams its users. I bought one of their products, but they refuse to send it to me and they also refuse to refund my money. They claim that the item has been shipped and delivered, but nothing has arrived, and they cannot provide any proof.

When you contact them, they keep assigning new people to reply by email, and you have to explain everything all over again each time. It always ends with them saying that I need to return the item to get a refund – even though I never received anything.

This is simply a scam website. They are not willing to discuss the issue properly. Do not buy from this site – they are only here to take people’s money.

When, when, when will I ever learn? The book is tiny, you must cut the pages apart to actually stitch, there are no directions, which would be fine if you already knew how to embroider.
Once, again (sigh), I failed to read reviews and am stuck with an inferior product that I may or may not use. Lesson - do not purchase anything without reviewing (TrustPilot is the best source.)

Bestilte en broderibog. Modtog en bog, der var halv størrelse af billederne på websitet.
Trykket på siderne man skal brodere på, er formindsket så det fx gået fra tern til en sort firkant.
Siderne kan ikke tages ud og da de er så små er det faktisk umuligt at brodere på dem.
For- og bagside er fastsyet, også umulige at brodere på.

På bagsiden stod der et navn; Amy McClellan. Det viser sig at være en kinesisk, ulovlig kopivare 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Kontakt til embroom gav noget der lignede et auto svar; jeg kunne få 30% retur. Nej tak!
Nyt auto svar; så kunne jeg få 50% retur.

Nu er 267kr jo ikke nogen herregård, men hvor det dog er irriterende at være så dum at gå i kinesercrapfælden!
Så jeg prøvede at lave en indsigelse i banken, da det jo er en ulovlig kopi. Det har jeg sort på hvidt fra underthegardenmoon punktum com.

Og det lykkedes, jeg har fået pengene tilbage.
Så kan de sgu da lære det!! Nej, det kan de selvfølgelig ikke.
Men jeg håber at alle andre der går i fælden vil gøre det samme.

Do not buy from this company. The kit does NOT come with the promised instructions and when you ask for them, they do not send you the instructions shown in the video that they market this product with. Also, when you request a refund, they tell you the package has to be sent to Europe which in effect costs you more than the original item ordered. It's a racket and I would never buy from them ever again.

Do not buy. Crappy materials and no instructions. I’m an idiot for purchasing off of Instagram. Never again.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I have never received my order, paid for “shipping protection “ and my order was returned due to being undeliverable even though the address was correct. I initiated a dispute with PayPal and heard immediately from EMBROOM'S customer service team that they would immediately refund me my money but I needed to cancel the dispute, which of course I trusted them to do and sent proof that I had cancelled the dispute and of course as soon as I did, RADIO SILENCE from their customer service. Suffice to say, don't trust their word - they just wanted the dispute dropped and I cannot reach customer service. Fortunately I re-initiated the dispute and will not be responding to any future lies from them. As other have said, do not EVER order from this company. And if you are lucky enough to receive your order, it seems like crap. As others have said, they are a total scam. Keep your money and go to a local embroidery shop!
Update: "Jenny" from customer service who ignored several of my emails after I cancelled the dispute with Paypal, *IMMEDIATELY* wrote to me after I re-initiated the dispute that they can't issue the refund until I cancel the dispute. Actually, Jenny - if you want the dispute resolved, then refund my money. That's how it works. Won't be falling for that ploy again. COMPLETE and total scam.
Update: Nearly 3 months after PayPal ruled in favor of my dispute, and refunded my money, the company had the audacity to send me a collection notice for a product I never received and for which I have proof of tracking as well as documentation of all of our correspondence. Like wow, the energy they put in trying to collect every possible cent. Uh-oh someone in their fraud factory must have gotten in trouble for not successfully deceiving me the first time. And so "Jackson Knapp", aka billing@embroom,com threatening to send me to collections if I don't send you the $82 you think I owe you is not going to cut it. The ploy to rip off customers never ends. If you are reading this, I DARE YOU TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS. You haven't even close to a leg to stand on.

Horrible product, it will teach you nothing as there are no instructions. Mine has printing so blurry you can’t really tell what it’s a picture of either. Don’t waste your time or money!

I have never received my order, paid for “shipping protection “ and I cannot reach customer service nor shipping tracking. Do not EVER order from this company. They are a total scam and disgrace. I am also notifying Instagram and FAcebook as they earn money from advertising and sales via their feeds. Disgraceful

Books arrived finally. Gifts for teenagers.
NO directions.. emailed and was sent links to directions online. The most basic was that you had to cut page so that one could actually embroider.
Indeed a simple brochure is needed. Unfortunate what could be a great product is not user friendly.

I would give less stars if I could, this is a scam. You cannot call Customer Service- it goes straight to voicemail. It is very evident from the written columns that it is templated and not written by human or validated by a human.The automatic responses are probably a set of 4 or 5 templates that they keep circling and writing back to you with. I have finally had my order canceled, but not had my money returned. I've had to report it to my bank so I may get my money back

I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my money. I did not receive the $40 embroidery book I ordered. I received a scrap of cloth and a small pack of needles. I was charged the day after I made the order. Eleven days later I was told it shipped. It arrived almost 2 weeks after that. After 5 emails and pictures sent I was offered a 40percent refund - and I would have to give my bank information. Terrible.

Unfortunately everything about this purchase has been frustrating! It took 23 days to actually receive the package (tracking was spotty but I do know it came from China to somewhere in the midwest). I had ordered it early for Christmas but it was late. When it arrived, it was not as advertised - it was not a book but just a batch of stitching sheets with some thread and accessories. I've been trying to get an approved return but the lady, after ignoring me for over a week she said that I would have to ship it to their Italian office and it would be costly, so she wanted to to let me keep the order, refund me 30% of what I paid or I could pick a new free item but if it's more than my original cost, I would pay the difference. I will never do business with this company, they are a scam.

This is exceptionally bad business. They are advertising the sale of a stitch book on the website and literally have dozens of legitimate photos of the same blue stitch book throughout the website. Additionally there are customer reviews with the same exact stitch book they've received with positive reviews. I was not in the market for ordering a stitch KIT, I was expecting a literal book as advertised and as pictured throughout the site.

In Addition to the advertised "book" I was to receive a "free sewing kit" which is literally the only thing I received.

This was to be a gift for my wife who told me about this company she saw on the internet that had a stitch book she wanted to sit down and work on. That is not what I received and I find it baffling that you can show 515 positive reviews all with the same picture and yet I paid the same money and did not receive the same item.

I contacted the company and they told me the book was not part of the sale which is the polar opposite of what is being advertised.

I’m just so annoyed I didn’t see these reviews before I purchased embroidery books from these scammers.

The product is nothing like shown on the photos. It was supposed to be a gift, and each book cost almost $30 so I imagined they’d be decent. Complete joke when it arrived, they’re small, flimsy, practically useless, and don’t come with any instructions.

I caught the negative reviews while my package was still in transit and immediately wrote to the company asking for a cancellation and refund.

I’ve now been in a fruitless email loop with their AI customer service representative for almost a month. They refuse to accept returns and send me in circles, offering measly discounts or exchanges instead. Since the website has so return information, you’re totally stuck.

Do NOT buy from here. You’ll be annoyed, frustrated, and left without any customer rights to exercise to get your money back.

0 star experience. If anyone knows how or where I can escalate this issue, also please let me know. It’s a US registered company and I’m based in Spain.

Lame. Book cover was tearing on arrival. No directions included. Had to write them for directions, which were written out such as, "Go to Point A, then Point B" with NO illustration of where Points A or B were on a diagram!!

Purchased a embroidery stitch book however it took forever to attain an information on the delivery which did not match or come close to the identified delivery timeframe. It was also discovered the product was coming from China and not the US. The courier details were vague with no estimated delivery date. There was no email confirming delivery was complete which if the the package was, it was never received. I would highly recommend avoiding Embroom and their corresponding courier service Yanyen Express. Based on their lack of responses, it appears to be a scam.

It is as terrible as described by everyone's posts. What they are selling is not what you get. They stole the design. It is scammy -- I recommend to report to the FTC -

I would give it zero stars if I could. Product has still not come. I am trying to get a refund but I only get a generic response. Can’t actually talk to a person.

If I could rate this company a 0 I would.
I ordered 2 kits (buy one get one 1/2 off). They took a long time to arrive, and I had to get a different gift for the intended recipient. I finally got them, and the quality was really poor. Not even giving embroidery floss, but sewing thread. Just felt the items were very cheap and poor quality, especially for someone learning a new craft.
I emailed them per the return policy to request the process for a return, they wrote back basically telling me to keep the items and they would refund me 30% because I would have to send them to Italy. I replied asking for the return address so I can see about shipping. They wrote back, saying keep the items we will refund you 50%. I again asked for the address so I can fully return them. I never heard back.
After some time passed, I contacted my bank and opened a dispute, well within 24 hours I got a refund from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
