3rd review. Too any consumer looking to buy a policy from Emac, do not do it because they are just stealing your money
Please allow me to update you.
Brought a policy £699 including vat. This policy allows me to have per quarter body/dent repairs done to my car over a 3 year period.
A few months ago i managed to contact them after going through the most complex phone system i have ever encountered . Provided pictures of the car only to be told that they cant see the dent in the pictures. Provided more, only to be told that they have no coverage in my area for dent repair. I live just above north London.
In my last review i was contacted my Emac directly. You will be surprised to hear that I have heard "nothing"
In simple terms they have stolen £699 of my money

I would highly recommend EMAC to anyone…
I would highly recommend EMAC to anyone needing a motor service plan. I spoke with Kay who was so very helpful and sorted out my problem without hesitation in a most professional and pleasant way.
I have been with EMAC for 10 years and have never had cause to complain.
Having a service plan is wonderful as it relieves any financial stresses when the annual service takes place.

Horrible service which was delayed 3…
Horrible service which was delayed 3 months to get maintenance on my vehicle. I had to be the one following and chasing the status and updates. I will never by a maintenance plan again because of the service I was provided by you and your third party you contracted the work out to.

Rang to discuss refund of policy as previously advised, two policies were running simultaneously. Agreed after discussion though there was a lack of clarity from the advisor and the conversation didn’t give me confidence .
