The wonderful and infectious Sam.
I had a fairly short and straight forward request to make. I was speaking to a lovely lady called Sam. So lovely. Her telephone manner was exemplary. Polite beyond required. Helpful. Experienced and efficient. My problem was sorted in no time but after putting the phone down I just felt so happy. Her infectious manner rubbed off. I hope she is looked after and appreciated as we all know most telephone calls are not as wonderful as this was. Sam!! Thank you for making my day.

Pay monthly for emac policy for…
Pay monthly for emac policy for maintenace and breakdown with people's omoda,
Has a car fault omoda e5 would t start 20 times completely dead.
Called the emac provided by AA breakdown recovery, wouldn't come out and recover us and this was a Sunday! We was stranded.
Called emac Monday they said yes I do have a policy and should been recovered,but hadn't because Peoples omoda delaship hands invoiced them even though we pay direct debit £20 month.
This is not a customer problem who is paying their policy
This is EMAC and people's delaship issue that has left a paying customer stranded, should be compensated as had pay 3rd party recovery.

Good service when we needed to cancel our service plan. Easy to speak to a human, and the process for cancelling easy and in our case we had a credit and that was returned in good time back to our bank account.

Don’t waste your money
Not worth the money. Audi garage sold me the policy and they try to get out of fixing very minor mark. Audi garage couldn’t believe it and are fixing it themselves. In their words they have had nothing but trouble and nolonger use them.

Good experience
I had to call them regarding a payment issue. I didn’t have to wait to long to be connected to an agent who swiftly helped me resolve my issue. The call was done and dusted within 4/5 minutes.

After leaving my review here I was quickly contacted by Georgina from EMac who explained everything very thoroughly to me regarding the communication problem .
The situation was swiftly resolved and everything was indeed in hand!

I gave this two stars because the process of getting the refund when I cancelled the policy was very efficient.
The disappointing thing was whilst I expected there to be a nominal charge, I did not expect it to be 19.71% of what I had paid in. Given that the money is collected by DD and this money is then held in advance of any service, it seems a hefty price to pay and definitely affects my thoughts on service plans going forward

I contacted EMaC Ltd to cancel my policy because the garage supplying my service was no longer able to do so. The customer services people were really helpful and friendly. My policy was cancelled immediately and a refund was actioned. I fully intend to sign up with them again at a new Garage .
