I recently ordered a two tone gold wedding ring after I lost my original ring, it was a 6mm patterned ring which after doing a lot of searching online Elma jewellery was the best price I could find.
After a quick telephone conversation and a prompt email from Elma the ring was delivered within a few days.

So happy I used this company for my wedding rings. The quality of the products was great for the price. The website is very easy and intuitive to use. But most important the customer service was fantastic. I ended up sending one of the rings I bought back twice. Once because I wasn’t happy with the look of the ring when it arrived and then the replacement ring wasn’t the right size. The company on both occasions replaced the rings with no questions and they were sent, recorded delivery in super quick speed. I now have two men’s rings which I’m very happy with ready for my wedding!

OK, long explanation. We were looking for a ring to replace my wifes gold wedding ring. She wears silver jewellery and we are getting her gold solitaire diamond engagement ring changed to platinum. As it's expensive we are going to have to wait and save for a wedding ring to match. So, rather than wearing gold next to silver we thought a cobalt ring might be a good temporary option. Finding them in smaller sizes is pretty difficult, and in a broad enough width just makes it harder. We searched online and found a few on this site that matched just what we were looking for. Checkout was easy with a few different payment options. The ring came quickly and was in a lovely slim box. The ring itself looks really nice. It is highly polished, and next to a platinum ring it's really good match, so much so that my wife is debating just keeping the cobalt one.
In short, we are extremely pleased with the ring, the ordering process, and best of all the price!!

Quick delivery and exchanged the item which was too small with a bigger size with no quibbles

I ordered a back-up wedding ring from Elma. Good quality ring, delivered on time. Great service on this. I did, however, have some queries about some products on the site and emailed Elma to find out more. Some of the pricing on the site for precious metal jewellery is deceiving. When I went to order some, the price changed (not even close to the price they advertise at) and no explanation is given. As mentioned, I inquired about this via email and had no response, so went elsewhere sadly.

The rings we bought were his and hers titanium wedding bands. Mine was too small by 1 size, I sent mine back and they sent me out the next size up, next day, they were so helpful and great customer service. Will defonuse this place again and be recommending it.

Everything was great! Delivery was quick, engravings looks great and the rings are exactly as described. We're very happy and would purchase again.

Rings were wrong size and not engraved like we asked and paid for. When we emailed to request the right size and for the engraving to be done, got completely ignored. They now have £499 of our money and are not responding to calls or emails.

Placed an order for 2 rings with Elma a few days ago. I had an issue with the credit card at checkout so reached out to the site, who got back to me within the hour. Everything got sorted out, and the rings arrived 2 days later - even earlier than anticipated. The rings themselves are wonderful, great build, perfect sizing, and I would argue much better quality than some of the better known high street jewellers. Very happy. Highly recommend.

We got the titanium court wedding rings, engraved. Said delivery would be 5 days, it came within 2! Ordered on Tuesday, got them today. They're beautiful. Lovely material, and very lightweight. Would definitely order from you guys again!
