In an attempt to return an item, I’ve traded 16 emails with customer service, only to be told the refund needs Finance approval. What? I don’t remember anything in their return policy about Finance. Moreover, the item purchased bore no resemblance to the item online in terms of color, type of fabric and style. Disappointed is an understatement.
