Well honestly the dr was nice but this is the second time ive had to do an appointment for my renewal and I still cant complete my renewal form until doc sends in the certification and my appointment was like 20min ago so im commenting and my service aint even done...we shall see if this doc jus forgets me too or if I can finally get my card back now that I've worked over almost 400!!! Lets hope!!!
