So far
So far, it has been pretty simple and concise (and polite) but not super easy.
1) I had a problem differentiating between the interviewers' requirements before the interview could take place and the online application processes'completion in that I had not finished the online application to 100% when it came time for my interview and I was afraid the interview would not take place because of it But iit did. Went well.
2) it would not accept the front photo of my driver's license ( I even took multiple photos in the same manner that I took of the back of my driver's license (which was accepted) and therefore wouldn't let me proceed to uploading my Medicaid card and completing the process to 100%.
Made the payment
Just waiting on an e-mail from staff to help finish uploading photos.
Maybe I should have uploaded the front of the I.D. first instead of the back? (Because I went out of order?)
If it will let me in and get to that spot, maybe I will try that.
I'm not complaining about anything by any means, just some food for thought.
