Best certification service
I've used several different renewal services and Elevate is by far the best. The process is streamlined and they really take the guess work out of it. Even when hiccups arise, their support group is top notch.

Edit: Received response to my review and they obviously did not even look at my account. My order was a renewal rx only not a card renewal and the responses they keep sending give me give instructions for card renewal new application.

After speaking directly with the state, we were able to identify the issue. Your recommendation was successfully submitted on our end; however, the state system was not recognizing the record due to a small formatting discrepancy between the name entered during booking and the way it appears in the state portal. Even minor differences such as spacing or punctuation can prevent the state system from locating an existing recommendation.
Once this was identified, we worked with the state to ensure everything aligned correctly so your recommendation could be located and accessed as intended.

Bad Experience
I had to resubmit application to the state myself because photo that Elevate submitted was not approved. So, I paid and EXTRA $40 for nothing!

After reviewing the image provided, it did meet the state’s listed photo requirements at the time it was submitted. However, final approval always rests with the state, and occasionally they may request a new upload or additional adjustments.
